  1. spouses and dependents, if you have to extend every year, so what's the difference of doing the normal way yearly
  2. all criminals must check in with their parole officer every 90 days
  3. i have 3 ac, 2 is 24k btu and 1 is 34k btu, run all day, my bill this month is almost 12k bht, the highest I have ever pay a bill for electricity
  4. I never used a re-enter permit before, how does one work, you apply they give you a stamp for a re-enter permit, you leave Thailand, and when return would they know automatically that you have a re-enter permit or you have to tell them you have it?
  5. the border is called Ban Pakkad Border Checkpoint, it is in Pong Nam Ron District
  6. this happened to me before at the same border, refused to stamp me out and told me that I had done it 2 times already and to go to Bangkok and get 90 extensions, end up paying 500bht for them to stamp me out.
  7. educated 🤣, imbecile
  8. when it comes to negative problems most Karen here are as toxic as a monkey behind overstay is bannable but that doesn't mean you will get banned, it all depends, get yourself an agent and let them deal with it, don't try to do it yourself, if you want to take a risk head to the airport, pay your fine and hope for the best, either way, they will send you on your way home.
  9. I was thinking about this, what are the consequences of doing this other than paying 2k
  10. I don't mind doing the yearly thing, but the 90 days are absurd, I know it's easy to do but it makes you feel like a criminal, reporting to your parole officer every 90 days
  11. for all you Karan, he made it home just fine in fact he is already back in Bangkok with a visa, overstay is bannable but it does not mean you will get banned, the catch is with good reason and an understanding IO no ban is needed.
  12. I saw this topic has popped up again and I would like to finalize it, we use this agent company, I won't mention their name, they are a legal firm but also an agent, quite famous you can google it, we head down to immigration to turn himself in, with their help and a good reason why he overstays for that long, I didn't care what reason it was or tactic they use as long as they get it done, they fine him with the full amount and gave him a 14 days extension to leave the country to get a proper visa, he will be leaving going back home in two days, and can return with exempt or visa, I don't condone anybody to overstay.
  13. the world will end when every single booger in this forum is dead and gone
  14. when you are upbringing in an uneducated environment, your thought and thinking is muddy, you don't have a basic understanding of what is right and wrong and these girls' moral has not developed enough to know it is wrong.
