Thai bank account reporting abroad

Ah ok buddy. After reading your useful reply I'm not anymore. -
An agency offered a Non-Immigrant Visa-B (business) that apparently doesn’t require a Thai work permit. Sounds odd that you don’t need a work permit for a business visa. But they're saying it's used only for "staying", not to work or do business. I've never heard of this before. Anyone has any experience with this visa type? Thanks!

2nd TR visa after Covid stamps
Sergach replied to Sergach's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Someone suggested I can do a border bounce (as long as I cross by land in Nong Khai) even with a warning I've gotten by immigration in BKK. Would you agree or it's a safer bet to cross with a new TR visa? Thanks. -

What's the advantage of crossing the land border over air? Thanks. -
2nd TR visa after Covid stamps

That’s ok. I can fly back to Samui via Singapore. How’s Vientiane for tourist visa, do you know? Better than Phnom Penh? -

2nd TR visa after Covid stamps

The plan is to get the visa in Phnom Penh and fly back. Samui being the entry point (apparently they’re not as strict as BKK). I don’t want to do a border bounce because when I tried doing it last time back in May, the immigration officer warned me that next time I’ll be denied entry unless I have a valid visa. Reason is my previous stay was over 4 months on Covid stamps. -
My TR visa is running out and I'm planning on doing a visa run. I spent a good part of 2021 and 2022 on Covid stamps and the immigration took a note of that saying I can't enter Thailand on visa exempt anymore. But what about entering on a TR visa 2 consecutive times. What are the chances of getting denied entry? Thanks!

Anyone done a visa run to Vientiane recently? How long did the embassy take to process a TR visa? Thanks!

Is it true that while studying Thai on a student visa, the immigration or customs can randomly check your basic Thai language skills? Thanks.

I’m in Samui. There’s isn’t a single Fortuner here available for test drive. Bangkok is probably the only option.

Checked at Toyota dealer. Everything is normal. I guess it’s just how Fortuners are, poor handling overall. Everest and Pajero are much better in that regard.

Anyone find that Fortuner's steering is way too hard? I'm renting a 2.4L 4x4 with only 4000km and the steering is much heavier than on any other car I've driven before. I'm considering buying a new 2.8L 4x4 but this steering issue might be a deal breaker for me. Wondering if this is how it is with Fortuners or it's just the one I'm renting that has a problem. Thanks.

Is there a way to do a VIN search on a used vehicle in Thailand? Thanks!

Hi everyone. Can you register a car with a tourist visa and resident certificate? According to One2car, the Department of Land and Transport requires a Non-Immigrant visa. However people are posting tourist visa works just fine as long you've got a resident certificate. Which one is it? Many thanks.
