OK, what does the page of the Seoul Thailand embassy say about STV requirements?

Surely that would be your best starting point, information should be available in Korean and you can ask them directly.

Site is here https://seoul.thaiembassy.org/ I don't see any mention of STV on the English pages.

Korea is also included in the Low risk country, but there is no notice yet. So I'm looking at the website of another national embassy.

Please, a link so we can see the context.

Two of us have the same interpretation of your snip which (if we are correct) would mean AirBnB is an absolute non-starter, but the page may include something you can do.

    Help us to help you.

@Xavi can you provide a link to the relevant page on the website, I think we need a bit more context.

I read "purchase of a condo outright or purchase on installments (hire purchase)" but it could well be lost in translation particularly if the embassy is in a non-English speaking country.

I read this sentence Cambida and Finland and Japam embassy

A STV only allows one 90 day entry to Thailand and then 2 90 day extensions applied for at immigration.

It would be possible to apply for a re-entry permit (single 1000 baht) that would keep the remainder to the 90 day permit to stay or one of the extensions valid when entering the country.

Of course to enter you would need a new certificate of entry and etc.

I wonder if I can enter Thailand only once per country.

I think you mean "It's not fair!"

Which countries allowed to enter on a STV is probably not decided yet because of increasing numbers of infected. Countries which they thought might be ok a month ago, is most likely not now. You better wait until the restrictions are changed in Thailand and come back then. The STV is imo nothing to go for.

Korea is now in a low-risk state.

  6. I live in Row-risk country in S.korea.

There is no notice at the embassy yet.

I don't even know if South Korea is included in the Low-risk Country.

When can Korea enter in Thai?

There are about 100 people confirmed to be infected during the day in Korea.

There are about 50 people waiting for stv visa in the Korean community.

Is Finland, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and China the only countries that can issue stv visas now?

    It's not unfair!☹
