Agreed. My experience with attempting to contact VFS has been pitiful. Webpages inaccessible, e-mail messages which are rejected. Logins that require the patience of Job. Overall a very negative experience.

Does anyone have the new location for the new Siracha Immigration office/bureau? I was at the old location last Friday (20/12/24) they were closed due to moving to a new building. There was a banner hanging there (all in Thai) It mentioned TALAYCHON. I've looked for this on Google Maps but all I see there is a Resto. Google obviously haven't caught up yet. I need to go there tomorrow and would like to know where the office is before I leave home. All help appreciated.

I've been having problems with Lazada sign in for months. First of all at sign in I kept getting a message that my account was locked. It said I had to try unlocking by using their phone app. (which I absolutely hate) This I did, but, i simply got the same message (more or less) I contacted them by phone. The usual palaver to get to speak to somebody. I eventually got to speak to what I believe was a human. I was told to send a screen captures of the login screen, which I did. I got an email back several days later telling me they could not help me and that I should contact them by phone.... Yeah sure!! There was no way I was going to phone them again based on the previous experience. So, I tried logging in using the Google option. This worked in a roundabout sort of way. I had to create a whole new account ! But, I was logged in. This all goes back about six months. I still have to use the Google option. When I periodically check to see if the old email login works I still get the same negative message. NB. I have been using Lazada for about five years. I have made many, many purchases. I could, therefore, be considered a good customer. Yet, in this time nobody from Lazada has contacted me to enquire if I need help logging in.
