    IIf I were a taxi driver I would be very upset. After all I paid tens of thousand of baht, maybe even more, through my association to the AoT for the privilege to be the only ones allowed to serve there.

    Nonsense. Doctors and nurses don't for a living look at an epidemiological study, evaluate the results and how they compare and conflict with the dozens of other studies on the topic.

    As a local, many Thai get stopped there as well. Locals riding helmetless past a well known checkpoint really is not very smart.

    So if I understand the story right, the motorbike was driving on the main road, when a big tourbus entered the main road from a side soi without looking or presuming he was the bigger therefore stronger vehicle. The tourbus then couldn't gain speed due to a minibus making a turn. That means the motorbike rider was of course upset with the tourbus. No excuse for shattering a window though.
