Not yet proven in a court of law and 'false' are not the same. Since you chimed in here and the poster making the claim 'false' is not responding, most likely since he can't answer the question, maybe you can explain which of the claims made is false
So if I understand the story right, the motorbike was driving on the main road, when a big tourbus entered the main road from a side soi without looking or presuming he was the bigger therefore stronger vehicle. The tourbus then couldn't gain speed due to a minibus making a turn.
That means the motorbike rider was of course upset with the tourbus. No excuse for shattering a window though.
