I don't mind you having a go at me for my content, opinions or writing. But these personal comments about my private life, my health and also ageist comments earlier in your post are unwarranted and, frankly, rather childish. You need to give ME a break or. as a recently made moderator, I will be giving you one. A long one. Final warning. Rooster

Indeed there must be few people who don't know someone or someone's friend who has not been killed or injured. In my very earliest days in Thailand a friend was killed walking down the road in Hat Yai. I thought I'd try and look after myself in memory of him after that. I've had a few close shaves - for years I had a skull on my keyring lest I forgot. Thanks for reading. Rooster

I wrote this translation. To me it is totally plausible especially given the pandemic when young children were given access to parents' phones out of online learning necessity. Some older folk who post here can't fathom how kids know more than them when it comes to online activity and me, as a former school teacher and father of four, know how tricky kids can be, especially when games are involved. The decision to decriminalize marijuana is one of the best decisions made in Thailand in the 40+ years I have lived here. Far reaching and sensible in so many ways. The Thais and Anutin in particular are to be commended. There are already plenty of laws in place to protect the vulnerable. I hope the House committee that will report regulatory issues does not.meddle too much. Tax on producers is fine, they can afford it and still lower the price considerably for consumers. Many people will come to Thailand because of this decision. And best of all, it annoys the hell out of boozers, many of whom represent a clear and present danger to those of us who like peace....man.
