I remember when people from the West were the main tourist grouping. These same stories were very common and widely reported, but I don't recall ever hearing about anyone claiming against Insurance for it. Are Indian Insurance companies any different?

Thai's have no problem being greeted with 'Hello'. In fact Thai's always answer their phone with 'Hello' and not in Thai.
