I doubt it would be "legal" to force workers to be vaccinated but to dock payment in the absence of vaccination while allowing continuing employment could be readily identified as an illegal event. If a business need to viably operate with only vaccinated employees present the circumstances are not the same.

I shall keep in mind that the combination of many factors that lead to irrationality be it dementia or true madness are often associated with one or more chemical influences or degenerative processes exclusive to or precipitation of inherent organic onset . Alternatively and certainly important is the possibility that some behaviors are the product of pure and simple boredom and/or repressed feelings of resentment inciting personal retaliation for perceptions of non inclusion or recognition. Where there is no psychopathic element presented then it can be considered reasonably harmless and a vaguely entertaining event. There are times it can become productive and even poetic in the elicitation of individuality by way of response. There is however a problem that limits that when it starts to adhere to specific dogma philosophically.

No problem. Yes I live in Thailand. Until recent years all the pvc pipes and fittings were made standard to imperial threads and dimensions. (BSP/T British Standard Pipe Thread ) even if some were marked in metric equivalents. eg 1/2 inch or 20.99mm. Threads per inch TPI 14. NOW I too have to check because every place I have purchased fittings has bins marked as BSP . Either there is an increase in very poor quality or there is an increase in random metric dimensional product which is incompatible with BSP in that they are a loose fit when using threaded parts. Visually they look the same. My way to compensate is to take a known BSP fitting and "test" it against a product. The TPI may be the same but even with hand tightening they will not be a proper fit. There is also an American format NPT ( National Pipe Thread)which is still imperial dimension but the thread profile is slightly different which is important mostly using metallic parts. They are also invariably a tapered thread which assists in self sealing on tightening. In the times when galvanized piping and fittings was standard a bit of grease was enough to help a good leakproof joint. The invention of thread tape just made it less messy. But thread tape for pvc is too often just a compensation for low quality manufacturing and so also often leads to over tightening in attempt to stop a leak which results in stress crack failures often at the junction of where the threads meet the external body of the component. Less so now than in years past there are some "male"pvc fittings that do have a subtle tapered thread but probably old stock lucky to be found. In conclusion to my long winded explanation I can only hope the content of it is to some degree useful. I am not a Plumber but I am a retired development and production Engineer across a wide field. Also an ardent DIY-selferwhen I have the energy. I happily and willingly defer to other comment, opinion,advice offered to the op's question which indeed may provide a simple solution.

It may be that the brass fitting that is/was imbedded in the plastic surrounding it has become detached.That could give the appearance that the inserted fitting in it is leaking. If so then it could be possible to remedy but difficult access internally to do so. . Perhaps a large washer of a pvc material with liberal pvc pipe cement between the insert fitting and the tank fitting and allowed to cure for a while might be a cure?Or. there is crack in the threaded part of the pvc fitting ? that has caught me more than once ! The quality of pvc pipe fittings is very variable plus thread tape makes it too easy to over tension and basically tear them apart. I always now look for pvc threaded fittings that have a subtle incremental tapered thread as an equivalent to original bsp metalic ones whereas many are totally even and do not progressively tighten. Becoming increasingly prevalent too are fittings which are metric in diameter and fail due to being fractionatly smaller if used in conjunction with bsp fittings regardless of how much thread tape is wound on in high pressure situations. In the event of home handyman lack of success tanks of that size are not so inexpensive now Good luck and hope you get better opinion for solution.

Indeed there will be no special treatment over and above that accorded to a high ranking well connected Policeperson of wealth derived from legitimate rewards attributed to successful interventions involving the extraordinary and dangerous importation of (aged and often stolen but insurance compensated) "luxury vehicles which same person managed to Legitimate and acquire at least a number of ! The interpretation will likely provide evidence of an accidental over applied tactic to extract and elicit information ( that is less messy in the back office than water boarding ) to establish where the funds from a lucrative drug deal are? Primary leads to that are unfortunately now dead but relative to the scale of the business insignificant. My reaction is sad because the question of legality becomes so selective in terms of the interest of the child overall. The world has orphanages crammed with children that fill faster than permitted adoptions. Yet inept people are allowed to proliferate and too often abuse their own with minimal intervention too often. The question as to ethics versus legality versus criminal intent is complex and as too often usual involves financial opportunism as a result. As a further result such "progeny" end up in institutional "care" also subject to dubious outcome.

Either way well used banknotes are notoriously "dirty" with a huge variety of pathogens known to be on them. Even in the case of covid if a person who is symptomatic coughs or sneezes and as a consequence has the virus on their hands and then handles money if a recipient then inadvertently touches their nose while "adjusting" their mask can it be said there is no risk? Poor hand hygiene is a major source of community sickness regardless and in time it will probably become evident that even if it is irrelevant to the spread of covid in any major way the compliance to better practices overall will demonstrate a reduction in many ailments.

A shop not far from me uses a tray slid back and forth for cash while wearing disposable gloves. If I could look out back there are likely to be notes freshly laundered drying on a line and a bucket of coins soaking in bleach ! I have wondered what the reaction would be if I wiped each purchased item down with hand gel while still in the shop. Their hand gel !

Actually not true. China has long acknowledged the minimal efficacy of their vaccines and are now considering importing mRNA as booster shots. But like most of the world procurement remains the problem. What surprises me is that China has obviously not developed their own mRNA version. Then again maybe they are?

If it be by end of year or into the next it is a no brainer that that number of people infected is extremely conservative. Many, if not most, will go under the radar of testing or symptomatic detection . The more important ongoing issue of concern and priority is to provide all and any effective measures to minimize the accumulated impact of not only the viral infections but extended social and economic disruptions. Vaccine and vaccinations are obviously core to the problem for Thailand at this time but it need be in conjunction with genuine transparency from whatever "authorities" control and organize. The repercussions that this "global pandemic" is having will eventually permanently change many of the assumptions of normality as has been assumed as established. DEspite Thailand being "late to the game" of procuring adequate vaccines to facilitate recommendations by virtue of initially escaping early impact of covid-19 (maybe) now the incidence of and social expectations , if not commercial ones, require a more satisfactory response. Strangely ,and controversialy for some, Thailand has as yet not been impacted "statistically" as some of it's nearest neighbours such as Malaysia in real terms. Globally the "war" is almost at stalemate and perhaps even being lost by humans'z! On top of all of the grass roots social implications is the geopolitical manipulations that pay lip service to human fodder in dominant interests in profit and status.
