How wide was the window that the suspect had to leave the country and what can Thailand do to shorten that window next time? How long did it take for immigration to have a photo fit of somebody to go on?

A foreigner should try to take the same Tuk Tuk route and see what they have to pay.

As for the bombing technique being "taught by foreigners" Really? It requires foreign brains to put a pipe bomb in a bag, leave the bag at the chosen location and then walk away and detonate? Wow In a round about way that it actually quite insulting to Thais. The fact they woudl have to be taught something so bleedin obvious.

Personally i reckon it was more likely someone Thai - simply because the tuk-tuk driver only charged him 20 baht for the ride.

If the suspects were Thais and were being looked for I don't think the police would show their hand by saying so. The theories about foreign and escaping could well be a smoke screen.

The suspect in the video looks very much like my son who is Thai/English, and the description fits him perfectly, although the sketch doesnt look much like him.

So, Panya did use computer forensics to identify suspects who were not only near by at the time, But seen running away..... Like many have said, Panya wouldn't implicate someone he knows is this high up without damn good evidence. All it would take is to either use available forensic science already in Bangkok (that can be trusted) or a forensic "crack" team from the west to bust this case wide open.... Consider the possibility that they could implicate Sean in this or another crime. There's little upside for Sean to testify as he obviously has no conscience.

I wish Sean would take the witness stand. I don't care if he's a party animal or has a checkered past. I'm not asking to go out on a date with him.

The only thing I've heard (attributed to Sean), thus far, which I think is off-kilter is his online statement to the effect (I can't recall the exact words) "I'm not saying Mon is the killer, but if I die soon, then it was Mon and his friend who did it." In other words, Sean is saying he was threatened with hanging (bullies saying; "you should hang yourself"). Why would those two men threaten Sean's life? Only one reason: because he knew too much, and could possibly implicate those bullies (or their friends and family members) who took part in the crime.

I'm starting to think that this image is of Mon. Is he on his way to the crime scene? He is carrying something in his right hand. Could it be the towel that was used to cover Hannah's face?

Seriously GB what official role does Mon have at being at the crime scene? His presence alone constitutes contamination.

Yes I read that to in the latest Daily Mail article, but I think there are 2 separate Muang Muang's.

Person A is Muang Muang - He is a key witness who fled to Burma. He is Rhakine.

Person B is Pyo - He is a Burmese DJ at AC BAR

Person C is Myo Aung - He is also Burmese. He is a right-hand man of Nomsod's dad.

Muang Muang fled to Burma 3-4 days after the incident. He fled to Kawthoung, a border town next to Ranong Province.

The guy next to C is a Thai, Sun Thampachana, he was pictured right next to Hannah on the Koh Tao Party Bar Crawl the previous evening

What about checking CCTV to see how Nomsod arrived on the island in the first place. Anything that proves he was there hurts his families credibility.

Even if their profile is present it still doesn't prove they killed her.

The only important thing is the proof that the DNA found in Hannah's body belongs to the 2 Burmese. The other elements come only in supplement.

All the rest is barren drivel that does not honor its authors.

Is this latest announcement simply saying there is no more DNA evidence that can be tested and we have to stick to the results from previous tests?

I said at the time that any DNA evidence found at the scene wouldn't necessarily prove they killed the girl. They could have violated her after she was killed.
