why support the CCP economy buying Chinese phones?

I always thought the bank requirement was just ignored as the letter would say they have the funds but the photo copy of the book will not, so why bother with a letter at all? Once you use n agent getting an extension from a province you do not live in, as most do, you are then stuck with them for every other service.

why are certain banks needed at all when an IO is paid to ignore any money in any bank?

Happened to a woman round the corner 2 years ago, she just put 1k baht in the passport and nothing was said, much depends on the officer you see.

Where are the extensions from though, in Bkk it's usually from an upcountry office, definitely illegal. If they are from the province you live in paying a bribe for an extension with no funds is not a problem, just corrupt.

I sometimes have a look at these sites and usually have a laugh at the photo's they really have no idea how to present a property. I do like Faz Waz and the 360 degree views, but the old fashioned sites are mostly terrible. How hard is it to tidy up and put the toilet seat down before taking a few pics? Condo block we moved out of in 2012 after 5 years is routinely noted on sites as built in 2014!

Ah so did I they just called back and asked what email address I used- apparently the one on the app for my area is not the right one, no point asking what it's doing there. Mrs just spent 40 mins phoning again, most numbers just cut off. Called the boss at Samut Prakan who was very helpful who gave another number, they answered. The explanation was info is being uploaded to a new data base will correct itself in time, just ignore the over stay notice. But online reporting will not work while the system shows overstay- have another try if it does not work send a letter stating you tried online but it did not work due to the wrong overstay information. Almost 3 months to upload a simple data entry seems rather a long time. Don't think I will trust the letter writing suggestion.

I get that on the app, is it incompetence, laziness or by design just to make life difficult ?

My present office will not do postal, last time I did it was sent to CW 2012 via SMS.
