I decarbed with my hotplate set to 120 C for 45 minutes. The herb was put in a metal bowl on top of the hotplate, I stirred it every 10ish minutes. It was dry and crumbly after the 45 minutes.
Then I set the hotplate to 110 C. I put a half cup oil, half cup of water, and 14 grams decarbed herb in the bowl to infuse.
