  1. Is the first reading more accurate or the second. Do you normally take more than one reading.
  2. What is the blood pressure range that medication is necessary. My blood pressure after a second reading averages about 135 but first reading sometimes around 145 average. My doctor a general doctor prescribed blood pressure medication because when I go to the hospital the pressure can go up to 150. So he prescribed medication for me. But I've been checking my blood pressure at home and its not bad He told me that the new standard is about 120 for a normal blood pressure. Anything over is considered hypertension. How high was your blood pressure that you were prescribed medication. I haven't taken the medication as I am still checking my readings and I am not sure I need medication. Any thoughts? Also my cholesterol and sugar is very good
  3. Does anyone have any experience with Amlodipine blood pressure medication. A general doctor prescribed it for me but he is not a specialist . Are there better medications available and what do most people take
  4. Can anyone suggest a blood pressure monitor for measuring blood pressure at home. I sometimes get a high blood pressure reading when checking at the hospital so I would like to keep track at home to see if I need to see a doctor. I looked at them om Lazad but I don't know how to choose one
  5. I had Turp surgery for enlarged prostate about 8 years ago and have been doing very well with no symptoms. My prostrate has been slowly growing back and now at PSA 3.5 but still doing okay. Start to worry it's growing and I may start having symptoms again as the surgery last about 8 years. Anyone out there have experience with this operation and how long have you been able to say symptom free
  6. I sent the first form 7162 by air mail post and after calling the social security office it was never received. I sent a second form after receiving a second notice by registered mail and after tracking it after 2 months its still hasn't been delivered. I also faxed it. Last night I called social security and they told me again they have not received anything and said they may have received it but it hasn't been scanned into the system. I asked the Lady what should I do and she said she will send me another form on Monday and then try mailing it again. She told me she will make a note in my file and as of this time they have not cut my benefits. When I ask her about how about the fax that I sent she said it's another department and it was never scanned into the system. Anyone have any suggestions what should I do
  7. When I try to connect to Wi-Fi at the airport, hotel ,etc. where they have a login page the login page does not show or I get a message the web page cannot be reached . In the past it was fine but recently cannot access the web page to log into Wi-Fi. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix it
  8. Does anyone have any experience with Thai post international money order in US dollars. Sending the money order by mail to the US is there any guarantee if not received or delivered
  9. The phone number for the direct line to social security is 410-965-0160 it is a direct line so you are not put on hold if no one answers you get a recording call back. You have to be persistent it took me over an hour of calling again and again until somebody picked up the phone. The agent told me it can take a few months for the letter to get there and then it take time again for them to scan it into the system. So if you call like I did and let them know you are alive and you tried mailing your form they may not cut your benefits if the letter arrives late the agent told me
