I rent for 12000 a month 4 bedroom /3 bath/european kitchen,ac throughout big garden modern, nice area not miles from anywhere, less than the council tax bill would be back in uk friend rents at 5000 a month,not a bad place ,3 bed house townhouse...love renting,money still in bank uk but that needs getting rid of due to declining years left

There was a guy up to a few years ago made statements along with yours "not a pot to p.iss in" as to renters, Naam to be exact, RIP to him. Even he " The Magnificent One" was having severe second thoughts towards his ending, of ownership The owner, no matter what schemes put together can be blown away in an instant,no security,no nothing,show up in court to prove entitlement ..laughed off the court steps . Complete peace of mind in renting (and its cheap) that nothing but nobody can get away with the loot spent on buying in this God forsaken place

Thailand is just a bolt hole,where the not-so-rich can shelter from winter storms back 'ome. Choices are limited while here for sure,but on broader front rents/electric/water,eating out far cheaper Its a managable place,but do not invest anything worthwhile,you will lose the lot Idiots with money are the targets for anyone attempting to sell up,and there are a few around unfortunetly

I lived there too,the middle range hiso indian woman liked nothing better than a bit of white,their husbands too liked to watch,passed around pillar to post Medical care there is fantastic cannot wait to get there again for some procedures eyes for one, pre cancers scans for two
