It's all cost per m², and what is considered an apartment.

How much space do you need, or security or lack of are you comfortable with.  Going to need or use the amenities, gym/pool ?

I personally wouldn't rent either, and go with a townhouse, since having neighbors anyway.  Usually way cheaper and more m².

For me, the point "safety" just counts more!

Had myself 2 times a house.

Once a townhouse and once a detached!

Now live in a condo, first of the security not to compare with a house, no matter what type!

Then no pool service, gardener, etc. pay and everything maintained, even if I'm not there once a few weeks!

Pool, gym, sauna, restaurant all just a few steps away!

Broken bone coverage? And what is 2.4000.000.- THB? And does the 45 in Happy 45 have age connotations?

I recommend to read the insurance conditions and their achievements, nevertheless, simply once slowly and exactly through!

Then multiple inquiries would simply settle!

Otherwise ask someone who can read!

Or should the insurance for each individual possibly occurring bone fracture create a table of benefits?

So in approximately such a way:

Little finger broken, 1 limb, 2 limbs,3 limbs...Then 2 fingers broken and a toe.??? Leg fracture, lower leg, thigh , with foot
without foot also toes, if so how many...??

    Just stay objective !!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but is this not life insurance? It makes no mention of broken bones, fractured skull, dislocations etc etc. This is very typical of Thai PAI. What happens if you slip over in the bathroom and break your hip?

    The insurance is called:

Accident insurance PA HAPPY 45 PLUS

It also pays a sum to the relatives in case of death.

    Like everywhere in the world!

Also, I do not know any accident insurance in the whole world, which breaks down all possible accidents!

That would probably be several hundred ????

    For example:
In case of loss of organs, eyesight or permanent disability as a result of an accident there is up to 2.4000.000.-THB

    Just read through properly!

and we wonder why so many Thais hate the falang.

such an insensitive comment.  a young boy dies, and a visitor shows his disgust.

All your happiness to live in LOS seems to be gone and now turned dark.   Please, go on Facebook and tell all how this boy's life isn't even worth reporting.    Sad comment from a person living in a country they want to stay in.......but clearly showing hate for its residents.

    Rarely read something more stupid!

I would probably not live 32 years here, with a Thai partner and many good experiences if I would hate this country and its people!

My contribution should only point out that this just happens every day here! WITHOUT that something changes!

The "not worth mentioning" referred to the message, not to the death of the boy!!!

As long as parents and police allow children, from about 8 to 14 years, without a driver's license, helmet, insurance to drive a moped, it is idle to write a message about it!

Here at the school near me come in the morning children at the age of ca.10 - 14 years to 3 on their moped and the police regulates the traffic!

NO, no helmet control, no driver's license control, no insurance control, why also.???

It's all children who are not even allowed to sit on a moped according to the law!

And I see that, despite all calls to turn that off, for more than 30 years now!

The only police action in this time, it was to give away helmets, which did not deserve the term PROTECTIVE HELMET!

yeah right...go rent a condo in most any city in europe and compare it to rents in most any city in thailand,,,,,send me the difference in price please...

I wrote:" Except for the double pricing" it is exactly the same in Europe!

I wanted to say: Unnecessary operations, healthy teeth are "Treated", there is also in Europe!

    Rents have never interested me.

But I think that it always depends on the claims!

In Thailand from 6000.-THB normal apartment.

But also 65.000.-THB and more are feasible ????

In the EU.....????  I do not know, am already too long away!
