Hi everyfarangs ???? Last year in order to buy a Condo, I used the Xendpay and XE platform to sent 1 and 0,5 millions baths without problems to my Bangkok Bank account. But last February, i got a problem sending just 150,000 bath by the same way. XE platform told me that Thai goverment changed the transactions rules when a thai account receive money from foreigner bank account with different name that the thai account owner's name. Up to 50,000 bath is the limit. Using XE or Xendpay, the money come from their accounts, Wise platform.as well and your name dissappear from transaction ???? Do Anyone know if these rules have changed? I'd appreciate useful comments about this issue Thanks

Yes I was using many times a Xendpay App. It cost just 5 or 10€ for big money transfer instead of 60 - 80€ doing the transfer directly from my bank

Hi everyone, After make a lot of money transfers (even of million baht) to my thai account using Xendpay without any problem, in last one around 180,000 bath Xendpay sent me an email about there is new thai rule and I can send from outside no more than 49,999.00 baht. Someone had same problem? (Sorry about my english) Regards

I would like information about the subject. I have a very good Thai lady friend who was married with a England citizen. He passed away in England last year and this lady was in Thailand cause about Covid she can't travel. She has a thai wedding document but stepdaughter in England don't provided the husband death certificate. She doesn't want any property or money in England from her husband (sure she cannot handle these ones) just get the certificate because without it she cannot marry again in Thailand. And adding to this issue, she wants to know if she can get an England widow pension due she was married with this guy when he died I think she must to get the England marriage certificate submitting the thai certificate and she will need the death certificate too. I want put this issue in hands of my thai lawyer because really this lady is a very good person and looking photos you can see so happy was this guy when he was married with her but I put this topic here to get before any information/comment/advice from anyone knowledgest about this kind of issues.
