I've read that Thailand has apparently opened up the country to tourists, but does that also apply to unvaccinated travelers?
If so - How?
I would really like to travel to Thailand this year but for someone like me who does not intend to get vaccinated, it is actually not straightforward, on the contrary it is really complicated. There is a lack of clarity and communication.
I also read about travelers who lose their vacation, their payouts, bookings and reservations. It all seems very insecure on the whole and it is not a very motivating for me to travel under such unclear conditions.
Surat Thani Islands, Krabi, Phang Nga approved for sandbox scheme from 11 January. But what does that mean for someone like me?
Can I travel to Thailand - if so:
Can I travel (Domestic flight) in Thailand, for example to one of the new destinations for the Sandbox scheme?
I read about AQ Hotels in Samui but it is not at all clear to me if I can even reach this destination and make use of it, straight from Bangkok.
Can someone please clarify this and explain to me what infact to do!
