It was exactly in the small alley Sukh. 11/1. In front of a bar beside of the same hotel i was a few days ago. (I saw some pics in the news today). I was wondering about the high number of LB hanging around and even stay in the hotel. During the whole night it was very noisy in this alley. In the past it was quiet there. But now the alley has 3-4 Bars with live music.
I left after one night

So no TM30, do you own or rent your property, it’s confusing, how do Immigration check you live at the address you wrote on the TM47 with no documentation to support it ?
They get the TM30 formular confirmation by the landlord once a Year with my retirement extension. Or after a re-entry (after more than 30 Days abroad).
Confusing for shure.

I already miss the time during covid. It was like in the early 90's.
Peaceful, clear beach and water

Some of these backpacking kids are the lowest of the low, you see them begging for their travel expenses from poor Thais, and now begging from somebody trying to make a living selling food, - not giving it away.
This goes on since Decades. They even eat the rice from tribes in the north, where they sleep for free of course

Did you eat at any restaurants?
In the 80's travelling in Austria and Germany, observed people at 7 in the morning dressed in business suits drinking beer.
Same as in Switzerland, still today, some restaurants open at 5.30 a.m. for that reason. Especially around railway stations.
Cheers

I would imagine the shock is more to do with the fact that you've made a wholey inappropriate statement than anything else.
Who on earth goes around reminding people that they're going to die soon?
The Grim Reaper do this every Day. Knocking on people doors. Just watching Monty Phytons movie "The Meaning Of Life".
