  1. The Immigration Police ask me to give him read in advance, because he knew I’m married to a Thai (extension based on Thai Husband) & Work Permit (legally work since 2018) . He was worried if I would being blacklist & couldn’t get in to Thailand in the future. If I plead guilty 5years ago I might get deportation. But now everything are legal. Are they going to do the same?
  2. Thank you so much for your reply. Even the court saying so. Maybe because of the Immigration Police wanted to know how it ends, which making me so confused with it. He said some Act may bring me to deportation/revoke/blacklist my visa & passport. I mean if the court really want to do this to me. They will receive the warrant from high court but not asking me hand it to them and let them check in advance.
  3. The high court officer just told me “your case is done in high court”. But I was wonder if this will have some impact to my extension.
  4. Hello, I have Plead Guilty and I received a fined from court which is THB2000. And one year not to repeat the same mistake. I received “Pending Parole” in Thai words รอลงอาญา. After the cases done, the officer was check on me & wanted to know how it’s end. He worry I would get blacklist at my passport. Am I have to inform immigration? Because I was told that, I may get deportation/blacklist/revocation of my visa. But now everything I done since 2018, all are legal.
  5. This is exactly what’s on my mind, and I decided to call him yesterday to check if I have to exit Thailand in 24h. He said no. So I was quite relieved, at least I can do something maybe. He asked me to calm down. Let’s wait until 17th, he doesn’t know what’s the attorney decision. Hopefully they will reconsider my cases. I just hope that it will be an end at the court.
  6. The lawyer moved to another province. I tried to contact the office, the staff told me that the lawyer are not in there anymore. Immigration Officer looking for me with a warrant. Which state that I have failure appeal at the court with the cases.
  7. I have the similar documents, but I have given the immigration officer 5years ago. High court told me that present this paper if you some government officer looking trouble from you. My mistake was I didn’t keep the copy. And I pass it to one of the officer when I extended my days in immigration.
  8. Yes. Even asking the Immigration Officer he said I have to wait this Friday 17th. I have to go The Provincial Attorney Office, to tell them what is happening. ????
  9. As my acknowledge that, they told me everything was settled. If not I wouldn’t/they wouldn’t allowed me to proceed the rest (maybe Thailand are different). I’m still flying to my home country until 2019. ???? My cases are now at The Provincial Attorney Office. I was told by a friend even if I find a lawyer for my cases, it may cost you money and still you will lose. Because they never win with this related cases in Thailand.????
  10. I have been caught 5years ago (2017), work without work permit. No bribe, we hire a lawyer. And my report was filled.. My lawyer make a file that I was actually making my own food(Noodle soup) instead of selling it. And Then I was told it’s all settled by the lawyer in the same year. 5 years later (2022), which I have done legally Married to a Thai (Non-O) on 2018, and found a job at the same year. I’m manage to flying home at same year by applying two different visa. Actually I can apply work permit as I married a Thai Nationality. I have no idea my HR want me to change to Non-B instead, I just did it. Last year, 2021 I have change my extension to based on marriage to a Thai. And then found a new job, the company apply a work permit for me with this extension. Last week, a immigration officer bringing the warrant from court that, they have to bring me to police station because I’m intentionally evade legal prosecution/failure present at the court. Due to the cases I have mention at the beginning (which I was told by my lawyer everything is settled). My question is, I’m okay with penalty/fined. But will I get deported from Thailand? Or revoke my visa? Will the court consider my cases for not deported me? Because I have legally married to a Thai Nationality (Foreign woman married to a Thai Men). The immigration officer show up to my husband workplace to express his concern to my cases. I really hope that, at least I’m not deport.
  11. Am I possible apply the extension based on marriage after getting the cancellation letter from my company?
  12. Am I possible apply the extension based on marriage before the date of the cancellation letter stated?
  13. About the date of the letter from my employer requesting my extension be canceled. Can I request the date in “future date” and I apply this new extension before the “future date” at the immigration? Or I have to wait the date getting closed and request a temporary visa on the same day?
