Hello, everyone! I will very appreciate if someone can help me to clear the situation of marriage complexity in Thailand. This is very new for me and I feel a little bit lost. Our situation is like this: couple (Russian + UK citizen) is going to register their marriage. As my partner said, the best way of marriage registration will be to do it in UK, but because we don’t have time and opportunity to go to UK now we are considering to register marriage in Thailand. The question is how difficult is the bureaucracy process to register marriage in UK after Thailand? (None of us live in UK for long time and we really don’t want to spent much time on hassle with documents) and if in future we will have a child, will it be a problem for him with documents? (That marriage was registered in Thailand, he probably might be born in other country, because we travel a lot, but we want he has passport of UK)

Hello, everyone! I would like to ask if someone has experience of paying taxes on gifts? And how does it work in Thailand? If I receive on my Thai bank account financial support from my boyfriend every month, do I need to pay tax from it? (I live on tourist visa, don’t work in Thailand, don’t have tax ID)
