That is why more people, right now, all over the world, not only in America, are living paycheck to paycheck. Inflation has, however, been trending downwards for more than a year now, and if tensions in the Middle East ease, and the oil price with it, then less and less people, worldwide, will be living paycheck to paycheck..

Funny you should say that, as it is exactly 25 years since I first came to Thailand. Been living here the last 15. Our experiences clearly differ then. Have never lived on Phuket, though. Visited it a couple of times, years ago. Didn't like it then, and from everything I've heard since, I don't think I would like it now either..

Wow, that's a lot of hate.. And you certainly do not honour the victim by spreading that here. Careless driving and reluctance to render assistance after accidents, is not exclusively a Thai phenomenon. I've seen that in Asian, African, South American and in some Western countries too. That Thais will 'not stop to render assistance' is simply not true. I find the Thais to be among the most caring and helpful people I've ever encountered. That doesn't mean, though, that I don't see enormous room for improvement in the road culture here.

They have met with many Israelis too, so whatever point you are trying to make is invalid. There is nothing more to gain from debating with you. Only after hostilities have seized, can more excact numbers be produced. Then the truth shall be revealed.
