The sliding glass door to the balcony has a small but noticeable gap which I would like resolved. Possibly just needs an adjustment or repair to the wheels, but it wasn't a quick fix so building maintenance is not interested in working on it beyond their cursory inspection. Any recommendations for door companies which install and service sliding glass doors in the Watthana district of Bangkok?

Anyone have a recommendation for an A/C company in the vicinity of the Watthana district of Bangkok for cleaning of A/C and filters?
