    What a lot of miseries. I have been visiting and living in PI for more than 30 years. Retired here 4+ years ago, with family. Now have my permanent resident visa. Wouldn't want to retire to Thailand, infested as it is with fat, sweaty, tattooed sexpats and soccer hooligan types. Each to their own. Stay in Thailand...please. ????

    I use a cheap little Nokia 105 (bought on Lazada) to receive codes. Dual sim too. Costs next to nothing. ????

    Stay lean and fit. Get enough sleep. Avoid stress. Homo Sapiens is an omnivore, so, consume a balanced diet, and your body will figure out for itself what to do with the 'nutrition' you ingest. ???? (Oh... and be careful crossing the road ! ???? )
