I just paid today guys and believe me I was struggling for days with this What helped me? 1. removed cookies and cache from safari 2. I used Visa debit card 3. I used express GPay checkout option on the payment page and added Visa debit card there. If doesnt work, try to repeat this multiple times with VISA Debit card..... Good luck!
