my furred up hot water tank element was improperly diagnosed & carelessly treated under such informal “ trust”. Needed a real HWT specialist sub- contracted by our great AC specialist for final 500 baht fix…. After dropping 7,000 baht on probably unnecessary other tank parts from mfr.
