Trying to update my TM30 via the usual Thai govt website "Notification of Residence for Foreigners" (https://tm30.immigration.go.th/tm30api/signupExternal) but I can't get into it - even reset password does not work. Anyone else having problems logging on to this site ? (have tried different browsers). I could just take last years TM30 notice but they will prob reject that...

Hi, can anyone who has done their retirement ext. in the last week or so, confirm that the letter and statement from the bank (valid 7 days) does not have to be done on the same day as yr appointment day? I know the bankbook itself must be updated the same day as yr appointment, just wondering if they changed recently in regards the bank letter/statement... tks in advance

How much does an 'agent' charge in Samui generally just for a 1 year extension ?

This was the reason they rejected: Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/ Incorrect visa expiration date. I didn't put my visa expiration date in the first application as it wasn't indicated by red. So, second attempt I filled that in as well (I had entered the correct entry date on both)

I applied on-line last Friday and it was rejected on Sat morning. Re-applied again on Sat evening and it was accepted Monday arvo.

How do you check-out a guest using this new website ? If I bring up a search for a guest - in the field Check-out date (optional) can not enter the check-out date there. (Check-out date was left blank when checked-in) Do you have use the 'Add' feature - enter in that guests details all again, but this time with a check-out date ? Also, can you check-out a guest and then re-check-in the same day ? thanks

So everyone who has to show proof of TM30 reporting (for whatever reason CoR, Retirement extension etc...) now has to show an updated TM30 report under the new system ? Can not use an older TM30 report made under the Section38 app ? Does anyone who has obtained a Cert of Residence recently (say last month) know for sure if a new updated TM30 report is required/asked for ? I am not the house owner - problem is I have a very reluctant landlord (non-Thai, non-English) and it's difficult to get him to do anything regarding immigration (altho agree, he will have to update to the new website soon) - just getting him to do the print out is even a pain...

I need to get a Cert of Residence for DL renewal Last updated my TM30 using the Section38 app (on mobile) Dec '22 and have photo copies. The Section38 app is not working now, and from Sept '23 there is a new website for TM30 Anyone who recently got a Cert of Residence from Samui Immigration - did they ask for an updated TM30 or is an old one still ok? thanks in advance
