I imagine it is better to have the exact amount of money with us I imagine it opens at 8 o clock morning ? is it a long procedure to get the visa on arrival as yes, apparently we cannot make the evisa process as we did last time we went through Trat ? Hello Living in Jomtien with OA visa, after insurance became compulsory (as we have an insurance covering us fully but not the thais insurances needed by immigration) we thought of changing for O visa but in between due to covid we could not make the compulsory visa run We plan to do it now going to Trat so through Klong Yai border if I am not mistaken Could anyone tell us if this is now possible.. In this case, do we have to take a visa to enter Cambodia (I imagine can be done per internet) Then, procedure would be to just cross without having a re entry permit for Thailande and re enter 5 minutes later with visa exemption one month.. Next day go to immigration here and apply for O visa (we have all compulsory amount of money available in bank accounts and have done already here 5 extensions based on OA initial visa without any trouble or problem) Thanks a lot for advice and confirming if all this is right and possible now. Good morning I know I can find lots of hotels on booking sites but would prefer a recomendation of somebody who actually found a good place there Best would be a hotel on the beach with on top of it a pool and good category hotel ( I liked to go to Tropicana Resort in Kho Chang) but don t feel to go that far from Jomtien this time) Would anybody have a good experience .. Good evening We went to LTO mid december and there got an appointment for december 27th morning with a list of documents to provide (medical certificate, residence certificate, and the proof you made the online test and got approval).. Then back with everything on 27th at 9 o clock (they give appointments for every half hour, but a few persons at the same time).. Checked the documents and give you a number with which you have to wait approximately one hour to enter the building.. when reaching on 1st floor have to perform the 2 usual tests.. brakes and colours.. then pay, go back down, wait outside for them to take your photo and then wait outside (there are chairs till they bring you your licence) For us, appointment at 9 we were there at 8.30 but did not help as they take you only at the precise time... we were out with new licence at 10.30 It was also for a 5 years extension Have a nice day

Hello We just payed attention going down by car on Jomtien Beach Road, 2 weeks ago.. NOT one foreigner walking there was wearing a mask.. a few having it on their chin only, others with no mask at all.. Also a lot in Pattaya.. I don t know if wearing it outside is really effective but even if vaccinated (3 already) we always have it on.. and the situation is difficult enough to take care and even use what might be useless, as everything should be done to go back to a "normal" life If the police was doing correctly her job and putting heavy fines, people would wear the mask Have a nice day..

I would like to know the rules of election of committee members. I know 3 minimum are needed.. but a supposed specialists tells me that till a maximum of 9 members everybody applying is elected even if the person has 1 or 2 votes ... In the translated condo law I have read that to be elected you need the majority of person attending the meetings (so more than 50% of the attending votes) Thank you..
