Joe Hart and James McC in the door yesterday, both EPL experience and happy enough with Hart, go so far as to say if we play Hart with handcuffs, he would still be better than the imposters we have been putting between the sticks.

James McC is a player I have seen lots of times for ROI and he does nothing for me, a total not brave player on the ball. But, lets give him a shot.

Combined ages of 64. That's the combined age of the rest of the team . . . ????

  2. I don't think he'll be missed  . . . ????

Surprised (in a way) that he resigned as I thought he was hanging on for a sacking and a big pay off, cause sure as hell he won't be going to manage anyone after this seasons shambles.

And now we have JK. The only option for now, but what a dismally poor option it is!

  3. "What's happening with the big club ?" Good question Balo!

Seems that anyone with any sense is off. Olivier Ntcham has gone on loan to Marseille until the end of the season. Lawwell wishes it was the end of the season. And poor Jonjoe Kenny has been loaned out from Everton to us!

Our goalkeeping woes continue. Bain had a shocker against St. Mirren. But I do believe our biggest waste of money in recent times has been Barkas. He is dreadful. The money splurged on him should have been put towards keeping FF. I really believe we would still have been in with a shout for "The 10" if he was still with us. Not to be now, that's certain. Have to accept two 9-in-a-rows for now . . . ????

  4. More points dropped after yet another awful performance.

Lemon's post-match interview on Celtic TV was as expected ....." bitterly disappointed" he said for the umpteenth time in recent weeks.

Hard to believe what we have become this season. This game should have been a huge celebration for Broonie's 600th and CalMac"s 300th appearance, but instead it was a non-event.

  5. "Celtic supremo Dermot Desmond has chosen not to axe Neil Lennon because he was so disgusted by the baying mob calling for the manager’s head after Sunday’s defeat to Ross County."

The opposite result of the mob's desire. Seems Lemon will travel to Milan this week.

Quite possibly he's travelling there on a one-way ticket.

  6. No surprise to read this in today's Record. Now who is going to replace 'im? Place your bets!

"Lennon’s position is under the severest threat after a dreadful exit from the Betfred Cup at the hands of Ross County adding to a feeling of deep angst around the club’s support.

Fed-up Celtic fans began gathering immediately outside the front entrance of the stadium after the 2-0 loss chanting and calling for him to be axed by club chiefs.

Heavy police presence was in attendance as angry punters vented their feelings with vans at the scene and helicopters circling above with the situation heated.

This came just days after a banner was held up outside the stadium calling for Lennon to resign."
