Your money hungry wife is going to leave you if you do not spend your hard earned moeny supporting her family (as though you do not have your own parents to help) and so you take out loans to help.

If your wife threatens to leave you over money, then you open the door and show her the way out.

If she is foreign, you send her home for a visit, and then divorce her in abstentia.

That's what he gets for being desperate.

Moral of the story, make sure your wife earns the same or more than you do.

If you are already worried about divorce, why bother with marriage?

Did he harass you? Or did he merely flirt with you?

Before you claim harassment you have to evaluate the situation you were in very clearly.

For all you know, your actions might have come across as though you were playing a game. In which case he repeatedly tried to touch you. And since you said he did not touch you in any "inappropriate place" then was he "flirting with you" or was he actually "harrassing you".

If this has only happened once, on a boat, how can you make a claim against him? It is no differnet than going to a bar and a man touching your rear as you walk by.

If you call his wife, she will call you a liar.. and most likely when her husband gets through with his story, she will be calling the school and accusing you of trying to sleep with her husband. After all, you agreed to have lunch with a married man on a boat, and did not bring a friend with you.

So.. if you do not have solid proof, and witnesses to more than one event, that was at LEAST on school grounds, it does not sound like you have much of a case at all. At the end of the day, you went with HIM, a married man on a boat. If you think back, when he invited you, did he say "MY WIFE and I would like you to have lunch with us?"

I am trying to find out where one goes to obtain a criminal background check, on a Thai National.

Where would a Thai person obtain a criminal record report?

As in one that says they have no criminal record. I was told the police department does not do this.

They why during a news broadcast, did they say that Thailand only acknowledges one citizenship, and then go on to blast thai women who travel abroad while pregnant to try and gain dual citizenship for their children?

They further went on to say that the new id card would help fix this problem.

teachers pay is the equivalent of part time in Home Depot.
