Has anyone downloaded the MORCHANA APP with success , all i keep getting is invalid that pass info, even though it is scanned, i have tried putting in info myself, and it just will not work anyone got any ideas what i am doing wrong

So i will need to keep my uk cell on

i am booked to arrive 31st dec i have all my documents thai pass , hotel etc what will this mean now or me
