Nobody ever asked me about available funds at the border. Anyway, my current plan is to fly to Vientiane, obtain a visa at the embassy there and then go to Thailand through Nong-khai (or take a flight to Suvarnabumi).

Got this stamp several months ago when leaving Thailand through the Cambodian land border. What could it mean and will I be able to visit Thailand again in a couple of month? thanks!
