I've got a 1 year lease on a condo, been in the UK for 3 weeks and returning to Thailand, do i need to get a new TM30 or is the TM30 i got when i started to rent the condo still valid, i.e. does leaving Thailand and re-entering mean a new TM30 is required even if I'm returning to the same condo still under the same lease? Can i do my 90 day report online the first time after re-entering Thailand or must the first 90 day report be in person having left the country since my previous 90 day report? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Does anyone know any bars in Pattaya that show Europa Conference league games kicking off at 2am? Wasn't sure where, if any, would stay open until 4am to watch the whole game? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....

Hi, i'll soon be in need of some dental work, mainly a bridge and possibly crowns for front teeth, has anybody got any recommendations / experiences of Pattaya based dentists who perform bridge work? I need to top up on some Acuvue daily disposable lenses, specifically for astigmatism, any suggestions for the cheapest source? I'm guessing online like Shopee or Lazada, which i've already checked, but the prices are more expensive than in the UK when buying online. Is ordering from overseas an option, i've read that can prove difficult in relation to customs? Any experience of physical shops in Pattaya, i guess they're more expensive than online anyway? Thanks for any suggestions.....
