Right-o so if it is over the 7 days i will have to pay?

Hi, I have been too busy with work and completely forgot to get my 2nd pcr test within the time limit. I arrived last Friday, and contacted a hospital today, one said I had 10 days to use the pink slip and get a free pcr, the other said I will have to pay for a pcr test. I had the Omicron booster 3 weeks ago in England. Could i just skip this second pcr test, if so will it effect my chance of getting a 30 day extension on the 30 day visa exempt? Thank you
