@Sherylthank you so much for taking time to response. SWU meaning Srinakharinwirot University hospital at ongkharak. yes, I got Covid last month (18 July) and already recovered after 7 days . I took only medicine that was given by doctor for Covid . I didn’t take any other supplements and medications. Now doctor (Urologist from SWU) prescribed me again antibiotics for another 7 days. But I haven’t taken it . Doctor (Bkk hospital) prescribed me pain killer medicine but I didn’t take it . since yesterday, the pain on left testicular is mild but back pain still continuously experiencing. I have attached the picture of medicine for your reference. I didn’t take these medicine yet. Please suggest if I should take antibiotics. Thank you so much for your unconditional cooperation and help. I appreciate all your time and kindness.

@Sheryli have gone to the doctor again. But this time I went to the Bangkok hospital. I consulted with One of the urologist doctor in Bangkok hospital. I told the doctor about my severe back pain and dull Ache pain on left testicular. He checked my testicular and said there is nothing. I requested him to give any diagnosis test (ultrasound or any other test) to identify the problem. But he didn’t give any test and just prescribed pain killer medicine. I told him about breath problem and metallic taste on my mouth. But He said that he doesn’t know About metallic test . The doctor also said it could be chorionic pain and reasons might unknown. I felt pain still and went to the SWU yesterday again . I will do another ultrasound on 25th of this month . Doctor prescribed me antibiotics for 7 days . Before I took two time (14 days antibiotics) already. So I Am concern about taking antibiotics again . Is there any problems if I will take antibiotics again for 3rd time ? I still feel back pain, mild pain on left testicular and enlargement of my breast . Sometimes I felt breathing problem and heart compounding . I don’t know whom should I go and can identify the problem and diagnose properly. kindly advise me if you have anything for me .

@SherylThank you so much for your response. Last time, following your suggestion I went to the bumrungurd hospital and meet with Dr. Viroj . Doctor checked my testicular properly and said nothing is there . He noticed swelling. But he said it’s normal and might be fluid of spam . He also said the back pain might for another other reasons. However, I feel now dull ache pain on my left testicular and severe back pain . Last two days , I also felt little bit shortness breathing. But now it’s okey . I feel pea size fluid outside of testicular but I am not sure it’s any organ of structure or any cyst. And back pain like comes and go . I just scared due to back pain and also testicular pain . Bc I read many things from google. That might make me more scary. now I am planning to meet the doctor again on Saturday. Hope everything will be okey . Hello Everyone, I noticed a pea size Lump/swelling on my left testicular about three-four months ago. Suddenly I saw the lump and went to the doctor at a local hospital. The doctor gave me antibiotics and I took two times antibiotics. The lump was gone. I did three times ultrasound and the doctor suspected that three was an epididymis pea size cyst on the epididymis. Previously, I posted my problems here to get the suggestion of a good urologist. After getting suggestions from the local experts, I went to the Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok to consult with the doctor. The doctor just checked and said there is nothing wrong. He didn’t give me any diagnostic test to check further. He said everything is okay and the swelling might be a fluid of spam. He also said back pain might be for other reasons. Previously, I did an ultrasound for the kidney, and bladder also. Everything was okay. But now I feel dull ache pain on my left testicular and severe back pain. Sometimes I feel shortness of breath too. I also feel metallic test and dry mouth. I am really scared and concerned about it. Even now I feel pea-size swelling outside of my testicular. But I am not sure whether it is a general structure or anything wrong. I am concerned about it. Could anyone here experience this type of problem? Please share your experiences and give me suggestions. Please suggest to me a urologist if you think I should go again. Thanks a lot for your sharing and suggestions

Hello Sheryl, Thank you so much for your time and reply. As I mentioned my post, at the beginning the lump was bigger like a another ball. I experienced it suddenly. It was supposed that the lump came from an infection or hurt. So doctor prescribed antibiotics. After taking the antibiotics, it was dramatically decreased and became smaller. In the first ultrasound, the ultrasound specialist found like a mass (2 cm) outside of the testicular ( He said it was epididymal cysts) . Then I took 2nd time antibiotics and the lump almost gone. I did again ultrasound and found nothing. But now the lump comes again and I did third ultrasound yesterday. The ultrasound specialist said there is a pea size lump outside of the testicular. I feel back pain, tiredness and metallic taste. As the lump decreased after taking antibiotics, the doctor can’t exactly tell whether it is a lump or comes from infection. The doctor prescribed me again antibiotics for another 7 days . I have already took two times (7 days + 7 days ) antibiotics. So, I am afraid to take antibiotics again. So, I would like to consult with an experienced urologist specialist and find out the problem. Currently, I am working and living in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand. I would be thankful if you could provide valuable advice based on my case and suggest me an urologist. Again, Thank you so much for your time .

Hello medical experts and practitioner, I am currently experiencing some unusual things (like a pea size of lump) outside of my left testicular. Suddenly two months ago in the morning, I found out a big lump with severe back pain near my testicular. I went to the local hospital and consulted with the doctor. The doctor preliminary assumed it caused due to infection and gave me antibiotics (7 days ) and prescribed an ultrasound. After taking the antibiotics, the Lump was decrease and getting smaller. I did the ultrasound and found two cm size epididymal cyst outside of the left testicular. Doctor assumed that could happen due to infection. Doctor prescribed me again antibiotics for 7 days and another ultrasound. I took the antibiotics and did the 2nd ultrasound agin. This time the ultrasound specialist couldn’t get any lump and it gone . But after two days of the 2nd ultrasound, I felt very tiny mess outside of the left testicular. I went to doctor again and did the 3rd ultrasound yesterday. During the 3rd ultrasound, doctor found one cm epididymal cyst outside the left testicular in the same place. Now doctor prescribe me again antibiotics for another 7 days . I am still experiencing back pain . Besides that, I feel materllic taste on my tongue last two months . I am afraid about my health condition as it’s not clear what’s the problem and how to solve it. I would be thankful if you could provide your advice, and suggest me a good hospital and an urologist.
