They give you a little slip of paper showing what they want. They want hard copies of 4, 5 ,6. Nothing said about TM 30, which i had. So unlike Lak Si 2 months ago.

Went today to get 30 extension on 30 day exempt entry. Im American. PATTAYA JOMTIEN BRANCH. In addition to the usual they want 4. Rental of Contract 5. House Registration (Blue Book) 6. ID Card of the Owner No way in San Jose is a Joe Blow tourist from Idaho Nebraska going to be able to provide 4 5 n 6. Any thoughts.

WHAT? I got an extension last week. Simple extra 30 days added to my 30 Visa exempt. I volutarily wanted to show Checker of documents my TM 30, not the easiet thing to get-many smaller hotel say FKK it, what she said shocked me to the core. Air arrivals Visa exempt dont need TM 30 to get extension. Was she Trolling me or not. Was she lazy? I was so Proud of my TM30....hahaha.

Getting there. Did test run today. Asoke MRT to Bang Sue GRAND. Exit MRT. They have an above ground rail to Lak Si Square right to property Line. Not BTS as they wont accept BTS card. 27 baht i think. So far 2 Hotels dont report using TM30. Will check in tomorrow to a Hotel that says they do report. I must say girl not at all sounding like she know what TM 30 is. I even showed he what one looks like. Will a reservation and accompanying receipt suffice for TM 30? If all fails in LAKSI i know a Little Hotel in Pattaya that let me screenshot a TM 30. My correct dates of stay and all were shown---looked legit as it was a Thai form. If need be ill get my extension in Pattaya the last 7 days of my 30 visa exempt.

Do they even allow walk ins. Upon further investigation you have to choose correct time ZONE. Is immigration Trolling us or what..........................................

Can someone name a HOTEL in greater Bangkok, no more than 3 star, that understands what a tm30 is. I keep getting blank stares when i ask about it...... example Red Planet Asoke. Seems i will be needing one to get a 30 day extension on my 60 day tourist visa.

Can someone out a Hostel in Greater Nana area that give TM 30 easily and Happily. Red Planet Asok is awesome except when it comes to TM 30,

Since when you order it goes into pending status and you cancel within 24 hours i dont think the charge makes to the point where they have to refund.

I figured mine was all good . 7 day pre and post entry date inputted would be honored- so window of about 14 days to enter. Cannot.....even old thai pass needs to adopt the 3 day plus or minus. My airline said you cannot get on, go backe where you came from. i said i want go Bangkok make it happen. They let me get a new pass and take the next day flight. So a 2 hour layover turned into a 24 hour layover.

Buy a roundtrip on Expedia. They give you 24 hours to cancel. Print confirmation........ Then cancel baby.......................hahahaha. Worked for me. They have to know Tourist Visa people dont know exact days when fly. Got to be just to make it hard on us. PS. I did same same with hotel accomodations. Expedia i bought 2 week stay at $5.00 a night hostel. That seemed to work-no questions asked.

Just got mine in time. I leave tomorrow . Los Angeles applied-took 11 days. Might seem daunting but just do the best you can. When embassy requests something just do it to the best of your ability. Proof of address they accepted a moblie phone statement with address on. This one worried me. As i got nothing else.

You got your TM 30 all figured out.................................... Im in same position as you......i just wamt 40 days in total. one simple 30 day extension and im Golden. Im arriving on 9th of JUNE.

Correction. Los Angeles did charge my Card for $40. Over a week and still in Process. Im going for a tourist visa.

OP is right tourist visa does ask for all those things he listed. I have a pending application with Los Angeles right now. I dont think they charge your card unless they give you approved Visa. I dont think leaving things blank is the answer. Write a note ASQ not need you idiots....hahaha.

You are a Tourist, staying in Hotels im guessing. Whats with all the paperwork for TM30? Arent TM 30 easy to get? This TM 30 just scares me to DEATH.
