Age is a major issue (and so is his mental fitness), but hardly the only issue. Biden is not well liked at this point and his policy failures are reflected in the polls. Think about it: if the government can prosecute Trump for events occurring 18 months ago why have they not done so yet and jailed him? Maybe it's due to lack of evidence and the typical "nothing burger concept" echoed by Schiff and his ilk.
