Everyone have things to hide. It is NO ONEs business what, when and where I do something with my money. Especially not the criminal governments on our earth.

What is the problem? Jealous because you do not have "this kind of money", which is a joke anyway and not any particular big amount whatsoever? Or is it that it is cash? Some people prefer financial privacy. Mind your own business.

Well, I always was lead by the misleading name of Thailand "Land of the Free" and thought, before moving here, that is would be true. Free of government interference, free of opinion-nazis, free of people telling you what to do and what to believe. But sadly after living here, especially in the last 2 and a half years, I realized that the name of Thailand is more like a satire. It is not the land of the free. It is the land of the sheep. It is not the land of Smiles. It is the land of masks and fake-smiles. And before you say I am an evil foreigner doing Thai-bashing, my Thai wife is saying the same. My Thai wife in my age you know, not 20 years old difference and different attractive attributes. Able to talk to each other. I know I know, in circles like yours you do not have couples like that. I know it is a rarity in Thailand. Most Thai-Farang-couples are just based on necessity. As soon as we can, we are leaving this country. And then you can stay with people like yours, being afraid of everything the government and media tells you to be afraid of. And we will be in a country with people like us, where we trust ourselves, our immune system, our own senses and highly distrust any government agency. We will see who is more happy, healthy and whatsoever in the long-term. Have a good life in fear my man, never forget to trust big daddy government!

No, obviously any death is sad. But people are dying of sooo many things. Flu, Tuberculosis, Tetanus, shark attacks, falling coconuts, lightnings. It is all about a sensible approach and putting things into relation. And the approach to lockdown the whole world, directly or heavily indirectly forcing people to inject an unknown substance into their body after signing a letter that they consent, putting masks on the whole world including children and toddlers, that is absolutely not reasonable and in NO RELATION to the "harm" that COVID does to people. If it would kill almost anyone in contact, and yes young people as well, then it would be reasonable. But destroying the life of people worldwide, forcing them to inject vaccines where no one will be held reliable for side effects, masking innocent children up, pushing digital surveillance measures in the shadow of this whole thing and that all for the "protection" (which didn't even worked out) of some old people is just not in any relation. Not in any. By the way my father is 64, obese and got diabetes and did not took the vaccine. For him COVID was like any other flu. So even the old and "in-risk-group" are not that much in danger as you wanna fear-monger people into believing. No one said or even implies that its neglectable if old people dies. No one wants his parents or grandparents to die. But we WANT OUR FREEDOM. We DO NOT want to end like the Chinese.

The problem is that despite Thailand's tough behavior against tourists (which they need, even if they do not wanna admit it) and even often being hostile against expats with families in Thailand, people are still flocking into Thailand in masses. Supply and demand. Immigration can be tough, there is an endless supply of cash cows. Other poorer countries which are not so over-runned with tourists are happy about any of them. If you overstay there, you get a slip on the wrist and can continue your things. So yeah, while on the one hand it is a joke that this is any news, on the other hand Thailand can afford such a behavior. In the end it is still one of the most sough-after holiday places in the world. The country of Georgia literally offers 1-year-visas on arrival for most citizens. But no one wanna live there.

What is your problems with that? Do you want innocent Russian citizens to participate in a war that they do not want? When USA attacked Iraq and whatsoever, you talked like that about US people living here as well? Stop dividing people even more. People like you are the reason why this world is such a mess in the first place.

When there is a will, there is a way. If you use your eyes to look, you will see. I was an Atheist most of my life but you simply cannot deny the existence of a creator. When you see a sand castle on the beach, you assume it was created by coincidence? Or that it was designed by someone? You can really look around and see this perfect creation and assume it was created out of a big bang of nothing by coincidence? But again, I know people cannot be convinced of anything regarding our creator. People need to experience and/or understand it by themselves. And most just don't want. I know from my own past experience as an Atheist, I always made fun of people believing in God as well. Partly due to not confronting myself with my own misbehavior, admittedly. The first gulp from the glass of natural sciences will turn you into an atheist, but at the bottom of the glass God is waiting for you.

I am not a Muslim, why should I like to live in Saudi Arabia? Just because I think that in most countries the "justice" system is way too soft for offenses like that? What a senseless comment. Most of society rightfully hate these people, that is why in many developing countries child rapists and murderers just get tortured and killed in jail. Awesome. While sadly in most "modern" countries they get protected by the Police, if they even get jailed at all. In my home country Germany you rot years in prison if you do not accept the theft of the government commonly called "taxes", but if you molest 100 kids you can get out on probation. This is because many of the people there in the justice system, especially the judges, are obese old men who engage in these activities themself. Once I met a public prosecutor from Germany in a holiday on the Dominican Republic. Old and obese. Everyone knew what he was up to there. So these jail sentences here are kind of a justification for me, but again, not enough. Public hanging or better publicly cutting off their balls and then slowly led these animals bleed to death. I am a father of a young girl and if anyone just ever touches my daughter, just touch, then I will make sure only God can judge him.

Why is this likely? How can you know? Nothing in life is without consequences, so it would be ignorant to assume that life in itself is without consequences. But anyway, people like you want to belief in no God and no heaven/hell because it makes it easier to justify your behavior, so I will not try to convince you, it is impossible to convince people like you anyway. You will see at the end of your life and will be surprised. The surprise might not be in your favor.

They wear masks and sanitize everything since years, even before COVID already. They are absolute hysterically and collectively are destroying their immune system. It is a sterile country with literally robots roaming and standing around, vending machines everywhere to even more prevent direct human interaction and weird inhumane capsule hotels and more stuff like that. Processed food and MSG is abundant as well. Japan has the highest pesticide usage per hectare. Virtual/Digital girlfriends and weird stuff like that is very common as well. Really, how anyone can deny the robotic lifestyle of Japanese people is beyond my understanding. It is like claiming the sun would not heat you up, or that water wouldn't be wet.

Germany. Living in Thailand since a few years and having experienced more police corruption in just one of any of these years than my other 25 years of my life in Germany. Corruption in the RTP is not an exception but the rule. Heck, these "extra payments" are the main reason for many young Thai boys to be a policeman ????

Well, the Japanese are totally embedded into the digital prison since many years. After China it is the worst country in the world for a nature- and freedom-loving person.

Sweden as well. Sweden and whole Scandinavia are cashless already and no one cares. It is frightening. If we do not fight it now, it will be too late. Once in the digital prison there is no escape.

Yup, especially when compared to Thailand the police in my home country is absolutely impressively squeaky clean. Corruption is basically non-existent there, as in literally all Middle and Northern European Countries. And yes, exactly because I know the comparison to non-corrupt police forces from other countries, exactly because of that I made this comment. The Thai Police is, like in basically any 3rd world or developing country, notoriously corrupt. Denying that is like the worst cognitive dissonance that I saw since the people who got 6 shots and still claiming it would be a good thing. Do not get me wrong, I do not totally condemn the corruption of the RTP. I actually like it, it is convenient and gives me more freedom compared to my home country. But a fact is a fact.

Hi guys, I am currently on a 1 year Non-O Thai child dependent visa, but <deleted> it up to remember the requirement with 400k THB in bank account 2 months before extension and my visa is over next month. So now I am in the situation of the possibility of paying an unholy amount of money for an "agent" to make the IO overlook this missing requirement to extend my visa for another year, which I highly dislike. Which are my other options? Can I apply for a 60 day extension to visit Thai Child? Or is this just possible if I am on visa-exempt/tourist visa? Should I do a border run to get a new 45 day visa-exempt-stamp, then extend this another 30 days and then apply for the 60 day extension to visit Thai Child? Really do not wanna throw money into the mouths of agents and IOs, so any advice is appreciated.

Not "must". They "want". Thais are literally scared of anything. Swimming in the deep water, confrontation, condemnation from others in the group, COVID. Furthermore Thais are teached to not have any thought of individualism. So even if they are not scared of COVID, they are scared of condemnation from other people around them and from sticking out of the masses. My Thai wife is in the anti-COVID-Community in Thailand. It is literally the same as in other countries, by the content and the connection with each other, just one thing is different: The size compared to the size of the country. Sadly it is merely a joke here. And interestingly it is mostly Thai people who have European/American partners or had contacts to other countries and cultures in general. ... I predicted one year ago when all of the world stopped masking, that Thais will just stop masking if they are forced with a gun to the head to take the mask off. My wife said even then they will better keep it on, because they are more scared of taking the mask of then from the gun ????
