Just because a bag stays in one piece doesn't mean that material from the plastic does not dissolve into the material inside the bag. With non-liquid and ideally cold stuff, it is another topic. But HOT and FATTY food? I think it is sad that you all seem to accept it, instead of agreeing that it is a bad habit that needs to be changed. For the health of the earth but especially for the health of the people, <deleted>. If not the ignorant parents, then at least for their kids that sees something like that being the norm and adapting it.
-
I do not understand where the missing evidence is? I showed studies that proofed that the softeners in plastic are disrupting the sexual hormonal system of humans. Meanwhile, still people pouring HOT and FATTY stuff in there, claiming it would be no issue? While hot and fatty food is catalyzing the dissolvement of these softeners even more? While you see the bad effects literally evolving more and more over the years?

I do not talk about me, I never eat like that. I am just baffled by the ignorance of the general population.
-
Which softener can be used to make plastic this soft and is not being dissolved by hot and fatty soup? I am genuinely interested, you would change the whole world with your answer.
-
Yeah sure, seems to work quite well. You ever seen the growing number of feminized males and women that are growing body hair all over in Thailand and other countries where this hot-fatty food in plastic bags is the norm? You never questioned if this might be a result of the softeners as Bisphenol A and Co?
-
I often see people here putting soups and all this kind of hot and fatty stuff in soft plastic bags. Am I being stupid and they use some super-special-soft-plastic that is resistant against dissolving its material into the food? Or are they being stupid not knowing anything about that and obviously not caring?

Most maskless places in Thailand or ASEAN?
FarAway replied to FarAway's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
We are living in Thailand. In a place where even Thais do not wear masks, they just did a few months here. But as it’s a kinda small island and we are bored, I wanna take my family somewhere else for a holiday. Europe is freaking cold right now. South America too far, don’t wanna have two endless flights with a 2 year-old. USA my wife needs visa. Africa is not my cup of tea outside of the Safari-season. So not much left. Places like Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and so on still freaking cold, Russia the same. Australia I do not wanna support with one cent after what they did to their citizens during the last 3 years. So yeah, I came to the conclusion that it must be somewhere here in the region. I know in Laos they are still kinda connected to their natural senses and do not wear masks, but there it’s even more boring than on our little island lol. is there really no country in the region where they stopped wearing masks beside Laos? They really wanna do this forever? ???????????? Thought of Vanuatu, but it’s basically the same as here on the island lol -
Hi, wanna take my family on a holiday within Thailand or ASEAN region. We have a 2 year old child and don’t wanna see many masked faces like in most of Thailand or Japan. We would like to see nature, no cities. And things to do with our 2 year old child. Are there any places in Thailand right now which are maskless or at least just the few odd ones? Indoor and Outdoor. I know about Phangan but don’t like the leftist hippie tantra vibe there. Otherwise, which countries in ASEAN are (almost) maskless? I know about Laos, but nothing to do there. How is the mask situation in the other neighboring countries? Thanks

Please wear a triple-mask. Please do social distancing. Please live in fear. Please trust your government, the media and big pharma.

I let my money work. You can never have enough, especially in these times. In most countries of the world, I would need to pay exorbitant taxes on the profits. In my home country it would be almost 50% :D I went to many Caribbean countries on holidays and I saw first hand what it means that Africans have more Testosterone than Asians: They are naturally more aggressive and when they see you have something they don't, they do not hesitate to take it away in the right situation. On Barbuda I was once almost killed on a remote beach. Then you have countries with no tax and low crime like UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar. But I don't agree with the nature part in these countries, its awful. I was in Dubai for a week and hated it. Superficial, super hot and super fake. The people there are mostly soulless as well. I am 27 so not at all retirement age. In my home country I would need to pay mandatory health insurance of several hundreds of Euros EVERY month, in many other so-called "1st world countries" it would be the same. In my three years of being in Thailand I went to a doctor once to get my heart checked because I had bad symptoms, was 10.000 THB. In Germany I would have paid 500.000 THB of mandatory health insurance in the same time-span. -

I am 27. I came the first time in 2019 and met my now wife. I literally just know Thailand in Corona-Mode. I was ready to just sit it out after loooong months of daily consideration based on heavy aggression, depression and sadness to see masked up toddlers. We already bought winter clothing and had our luggage packed, when I heard that the mask mandate will stop and I hoped it all will finally stop. But now I start to realize that it, honestly, might never stop. My wife and I are joking, Thai people will just stop wearing masks if they are being forced with a gun in their face by the military to take them off. I mean it literally, what else will stop them? Officially endemic, mask mandate lifted since months, Anutin stopped spreading panic. And I do not want to live the next 50-60 years of my life in a country with masked up people, it is the epitome of inhumanity. And even if the masks will stop one day, it showed the readiness of compliance with government measures of the local population. When they will introduce CBDCs or Social Credit Score like in China, no one will resist. So it is not the masks itself, it is the underlying mentality. In my home country Germany Dr Lauterbach gets more laugh-smileys on Facebook than any other reactions. The comments are very harsh and people are just fed up with this and want to go back to normal. Even in German government TV they show vaccination damages. In Thailand, Dr Yong gets JUST likes on Facebook. Nothing else. The comments are all praising him like he would be a national hero. Vaccination damages are not being talked of, just in a small Telegram group with 4000 members, most of them Expats lol.. -

There are plenty of people with this amount of money choosing Thailand. Why? Territorial taxation combined with low crime and beautiful nature and good infrastructure. This combination is actually kinda unique worldwide Most of the countries where you have 0% income tax are just boring island-nations in the Carribean like Antigua, St Kitts, Caymans and so on. Let aside the Gulf States where you just have a few buildings in a desert, who actually wanna live there? Not me. Then you have territorial taxation countries, where you can easily live tax-free with the right setup. Bost most of these places are kinda dangerous if you have big amounts of money, not essentially life-threatening dangerous but for sure not as chilled out as here in Thailand. For example Costa Rica, Panama or Guatemala. Others are just literally unlivable warzones like Somalia, Syria and Lybia. I looked at all countries in the world before coming here. Thailand is the ONLY country in the world that combines the following: - Legal tax-free living due to territorial taxation with the right setup - Security and low crime, you can show off your money and in 99.99% of cases nothing happens - Good infrastructure - Beautiful nature - Feminine women that value family - Owning freehold property as a foreigner through a company if you do not have local wife like me :) Show me one other country in the world where you have all of this attributes together. Just one. There is none. Thailand is unique and therefore appealing to many people with a bigger wallet, you just do not meet them in a bar in Pattaya or where most of you people are hanging out. The only downsides I see are: - the weird Expat community consisting mainly of old Sexpats, polyamorous hippies, homosexuals, transgenders and leftists. Very difficult to find expats with traditional family values here. - the fact that no matter how much you would try to integrate into the local population, the socio-cultural differences are just too huge, at least for me. Thai men are a bit too feminine for me to be my friends, I struggle to make substantial connections with them. - Corona. The mask-mania. Especially the masked kids are still driving me crazy and showing me the true side of the local society. Too conformist in general, I do not want to see my kids growing up here in that kind of society. Especially the latter is the reason why I am daily considering to move my family to another country. We need to make compromises with the security and crime in that case, but at least we would see no masked toddlers anymore.. -
It was around 20000 THB if you do not have any license from your home country and do not want to make any exams. When I did it, because my home country previously took my driving license because of speeding before I came to Thailand, and I would have needed to fly to Europe and back to get a new one, it was like that: Drive to the License Office Watch 20 mins of some senseless video Do even more senseless break check on a brake-simulator Take a picture Get your license DONE Flying home and back would have been way more expensive. In my case, I know how to drive and just got my license sacked for a bit of speeding who cares, it was pretty convenient and the 20k a very good investment. In other cases, where people do it who never drove a car before.. It is really bad, but after all that is how it works in so many countries in the world.

Thai public health minister CANCELS Covid vaccine rules
FarAway replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Not millions, billions. If not trillions!! -
Cool. So we have 5 people that are unvaccinated, 3 in the risk group. And 2 people that are vaccinated and not in the risk group. All got COVID. The 5 unvaccinated people all are still alive and had a flu. The 2 vaccinated people died. Interesting. And you are seeing this as an argumentation for the danger of COVID instead of the danger of the vaccinations? Even more interesting. Cognitive dissonance does not know any limits it seems.
-
My wife, both her parents and me all hade zero vaccinations and we all caught COVID around a year ago. It was very mild and cleared up in between 2-6 days. Just my wife had some impaired sense of smell for 2-3 months afterwards, but that happened with old versions of Coronaviruses before 2019 already as well. EDIT: I forgot my father. He is living in Germany, over 60, diabetic and overweight. Risk group of the risk group. Unvaccinated. Got COVID around 6 months ago, 1 day in bed, next day outside on his feet again, just a small cough with some pain left for about a week.

Thailand Opens to All Visitors, Recommends Health Insurance
FarAway replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
This country is unbelievable. Land of fear, masks and jabs. Meanwhile in USA, people are realizing the extend of this forced experiment in masses: "The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that (49%) of American Adults believe it is likely that side effects of COVID-19 vaccines have caused a significant number of unexplained deaths, including 28% who think it’s Very Likely." Source: https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/public_surveys/died_suddenly_more_than_1_in_4_think_someone_they_know_died_from_covid_19_vaccines In Europe it is the same. In my home country Germany there are hundreds of Doctors calling out. What is going on in Thailand? Nothing. As usual. Keep your head down, swim with the flow, do not attract attention. -
Mexican Visa for Thai Citizen?

Thais can enter Mexico with a Schengen Visa ???? -
I did not decided yet. It is difficult. Because, where to go? Europe is on the binge of a war with NATO/Russia. Beside that, even in normal times, the whole EU is a super-surveillance mechanism and not nice to live. Your kids are essentially owned by the government there. Africa is a <deleted>hole and dangerous. South America same as above, only Paraguay a nice option that I am considering. Many freedom-loving communities built there already. USA/Australia/New Zealand are nanny-states like EU where you cannot enjoy any real freedom. Yes the population fought successfully back on COVID, vaccines and masks, but in general the government there is very controlling, as in Europe. Caribbean countries were an option 3 years ago, but right now the drug crime and gang wars there are out of control as well. House break-ins, sometimes in combination with murder, from the blacks in the white peoples house now very common as well. So yeah, it is really difficult to find a nice, free and safe place in 2022 to live in. I liked Thailand before COVID, best combination of tax-free country with safety and personal freedom, but now it is slowly but surely turning in a light version of China. But where to go otherwise? I am just not sure, but I am 100% sure that this COVID mania in Thailand is absolutely crazy and I will mention this at any chance I will get.
