Which exchanges in Thailand currently accept foreigners' new accounts (without work pernit)?

Option 1: Remit money into Thailand, then use it to make payments. Option 2: Use your foreign credit card to make these payments directly (whenever applicable). Considering the planned taxation on remitted amounts, does it make sense to use option 2 as much as possible (e.g. larger payments done to bodies that accept CC)?

Reading though the topics, I see many pics etc, but it will be great to have a place centerred on first hand reviews of strains purchased. Specifically I am interested in reviews of the varieties sold by the Lampang farm. I bought some low priced strains from them in the past (thai stick, green crack) and want to try something better.

I am looking at KGI and Globlex. Both also provide API access (orders and market data) for both Equity and Derivarives which is something I might want to use apart from longer term investing.

I didnt open an account with a Thai broker yet. From what I have seen, a WP is required. I dont have a WP. Is this a must? Which brokerage firm do you recommend?

Perhaps a dumb question, but is info about Thai stocks mainly available in Thai or are there good sources for info in English as well? Specifically, are earning calls and investor conferences conducted in Thai only?

I have read in the past (both on this forum and elsewhere) that when a company engages in export-only activities (not invoicing anyone in Thailand, not making any sales in Thailand) then this kind of company can be registered with 100% foreign ownership. Note I don't refer to the case of US-Thailand Treaty of Amity which is an unrelated provision. No Americans involved. I also don't refer to any kind of BOI sponsoring. If this still holds then such a company will have 2 (or more) foreign shareholders. Does this type of company still possible to incorporate today and does it matter if the export activities are only for goods or also for services. I will greatly appreciate all informed replies.

When I wrote "condo" I meant a condominium unit, of course, not the whole building. @msbkk's reply indicates there is a difference.

I am bit confused about the distinction, if there is any - from a purchase lagality perspective. Can foreigners purchase apartments outright? When and when not? What's the difference from a "condo"? In Thai sites I can sometimes see "apartment" - what should be checked to determine if those can be bought or not?
