Get yourself Sophon Cable, they will come out and drag the fibro-optic cable to your house and your connection will be excellent.So its actually cable not ADSL

Right now there is 49% forein ownership in the company, because it was used to run a restaurant this was no problem.

Speed in Thailand is not important for most of us.

It have to be fast to Europe and USA.

It seems to be different in each amphoe what papers are needed from the foreign seller.

How is it in Pattaya? Do the (foreign) seller need to show a residence certificate or not?

yes I can do a border run and get 90 days again, but it's more comfortable to go to pattaya immigration and get a stamp, than do a 8 hour visa run.

I have a multiple non-immi o visa, my 90 day stamp ends on feb 12th. But my airplane back to my country leaves 15th feb.

Can I get a 7 day extension on my 90 days?

The potential location is 700 meter from the Huay Yai temple, around 4km from sukhumvit road.

What happen if the "postman" can not put a letter into my mailbox, because the gate of the village is locked and no guard or what so ever is there to let him in?

Will the letter be back at the post office and remain there for some time? Which of the post office keep that letter? I live on kao pratumnak.

I can not confirm that. I have Maxnet Premier and the international speed is very good, no change in the last 9 month. I have the 2mb package and downloads are around 215 kb per second, which near the possible maximum.

The second is a TT&T Dslam, not sure which brand, but it's a small one attached on an electricity pole right at the entrance of the soi before SP village there (when coming from Sukhumvit). Probably a more hi-tech model then what TOT uses.

That would mean that in, I think SP Village 3 is the name, it would be easy to get TT&T Maxnet.

Can anyone who live in SP 3 or who know someone can confirm that. How is the speed?

I stay on Kao Pratumnak now and have Maxnet and I am very, very pleased with it. No failures in the last 9 month and very good speed. I use it heavily, nearly 12 hours everyday.
