In my experience, in years gone by, people in Thailand stopped letting off thunderous bangers at a reasonable time of night. That appears to have changed for the worse. If you want some idiot to let off a huge fusillade of ear-splitting explosions at 4 am. Let me know your general location and I'm sure it could be arranged to entertain you. You cheeky fun lovers.
