OMG quality tourist freaking out about vaping.
thank you for your answer, what can it do to you that I panic? I'm asking a question, you don't have to answer. With all that we read, we are entitled to ask ourselves questions, right?

There are risks in everything you do, it comes down to how risk averse you are. Yes, someone can dob you in if they feel like it, yes you leave yourself open to extortion by the BiB if vaping, yes there have been reports of undercover cops videoing people vaping at bars (they don't report you to immigration, they will pick you up there and then and show you the video so you know they have you bang to rights), yes they are still banned with the penalty of up to 30,000 Bht and 10 years jail (obviously not going to get that just for getting caught vaping in a bar), yes people, Thais and foreigners, continue to vape.
Your choice, but if you do get pulled up, don't just bend over but don't be a dick about it either:
thank you very much for your answer ! that's exactly what I'm asking, if no one stopped me or asked for money? Am I in danger of being blacklisted?

how small... I thought that the French people were closed-minded but obviously it's pretty much the same everywhere. I'm asking for advice, not answers that have neither head nor tail. but at least you took the time to answer, so thank you all the same. good evening

hello to all, I am here to seek advice and opinions and not judgments. I have just returned from a wonderful 20-day stay in Thailand, everything was perfect and everything went well. however, several questions come to mind when I see things happening on different Facebook forums. Since I am a vaper in France, I decided for the first time to vape in Thailand since absolutely all the tourists including the police were vaping. I met a friendly lady on the beach who gave me her whatsapp number and she delivered me to the hotel every day and confirmed that there was no problem. My questions are the following. Can she report me to the police? (I saw that it was commonplace for cannabis before legalization, so I wonder if it is also possible for electronic cigarettes). Second, one day I went to see the planes on May Khao beach and I came across 2 super nice policemen who were vaping, so I thought I could too, and everything went well. but people told me that they were able to take my picture in secret and report me to immigration? so I'm stressing ... and 3rd question, at the end of my stay with a stopover in Qatar I decided to take an electronic cigarette for the trip, I passed the security checks without problem, and before using it in the airport I asked the manager of the bar if I could vape she clearly said yes. so basically with all these questions I wanted to know if I risk problems by returning to Thailand? I was never arrested, nor ever had to pay a fine. but with all these diverging opinions on low quality forums I prefer to ask you here, where, people know what they are talking about. I sincerely thank you for your help! good end of the day to you ????

I ask myself this question especially in relation to the lady from whom I bought the electronic cigarettes, I said to myself that she can denounce me etc. but I think that I worry too much, and, that there is more serious! Anyway thank you very much
