What an utter waste of 5

minutes of life reading this complete drivel. Ouch the mirror of an extremely courteous van driver was hurt by a nasty violent out of control Australian criminal. In what universe does that constitute any kind of news??? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

A universe without 5 million emojis.

  2. Thanks for being a supportive friend and being there in these difficult times. Best additional help you could offer here is to write to IRCC in Ottawa and the Canadian Embassy of this consequence of their negligence and irresponsibility. This is what happens when you are a citizen of a country whose embassy staff spend half of their time drowning their pancakes with that disgusting syrup they harvest from Maple trees.

Very grateful for the regimental Ordnung of my country's embassy in Silom. Passports there always arrive punctually from the Bundesdruckerei in Berlin.

So how is the visitor advised of their valid length of stay?

Before copy and pasting from Wiki you should have read the rest which confirmed that a landing slip with 'permission to stay until' date is provided.  My question to which you just responded contained reference to that notification.

Which countries do not stamp a permission to stay date in foreigner visitors passports or provide a notification of the validity of stay until date?

Won't argue. Responded to one of your two questions. The "or" gave me an option to respond to either of the two, regardless of whether I copied/pasted it from Wiki or the South Park Tribune or searched it on Boogle.

Ach Mann, Stress ohne Ende.  I'm too tired for this. Have a pleasant Chakri day

i closed mine, far from flawless

Mine works flawlessly. I transfer funds from my DKB account in Berlin to Revolut and never had issues from day 1 of having the account. I also top it up with my Miles & More card, earning me miles for such transactions.

If it doesn't work flawlessly for others, there must be a reason. Money launderers come to my mind. Fraudsters hiding here in Thailand. Dodgy/fishy source of funds.

  5. There are certain people, albeit not that many, who can make a life-changing difference in this young man's life via their banking app or with a single stroke of a pen. For some, it won't even make a dent in their disposable income, let alone their ROI.

If I had enough financial reserves to last me a hypothetical two lifetimes, I wouldn't hesitate to cover all costs.

Yeah to be clear I would never want to abandon my kid and cut contact with her. Even just sending money isn't being a good dad. But the reality is that I chose the wrong path in life and sucking it up is edging me towards the darker thoughts about whether life is worth it or not.

A big part of it relates to my restlessness and inability to live in one place... I'm always wanting to travel solo and see the world and that's not compatible with being a family man. I know there are many happy relationships in which the father works abroad for long periods but my situation is somewhat different...I can't justify taking off every few months for a couple of weeks to travel.

I can definitely relate to that. You're not alone.
