Hi Brian, it's certainly an interesting topic, what do you think the outcome will be for company owners who set up the company with Thai nominees simply to buy a house ?

Does anyone have an idea of what will happen to the guys who bought these companies and then went on to buy houses in these company names ? Will they loose their houses?

Hi Guys, Sorry this has probably been asked many times. I'm coming to Thailand soon and will be staying for 48 days, could someone please advise the easiest visa I can get to cover this stay.
