Hello, I'm trying to find an English speaking Speech therapist for my brother who lives in Hua Hin. He's had a stroke and can't speak. I've tried the private hospitals but they don't have speech therapists. Wondering about ex pat retired speech therapist as well as someone currently working. Many thanks Holly
