I don't pick up other people's trash, that's ridiculous.  That's why I pay taxes. 

 

Thankfully where I live people don't throw trash all over surfside and it's maintained, by locals, that little bit that does make it there.

Taking drugs somewhere in a safe environment shouldn't be an issue.

Correct, drugs or alcohol stay in your system for a certain number of hours having a bong at night-time and driving a car next morning you are asking for trouble
