Successful criminal prosecutions frequently rely on the testimony of people who are themselves convicted felons.

Prosecutors negate the past behavior of their ‘flawed witnesses’ by use of corroborating testimony from multiple other witnesses and corroborating hard evidence.

Cohen’s part in the Prosecution’s case is not to provide new revelations of Defendant Trump’s crimes, rather to link the events and acts that others have already testified to and for which hard evidence has already been presented.

It’s for the Jury to decide, and it’s getting very close to the time when they will; which perhaps explains the histrionics we’re having to put with from the Defendant’s supporters.

From the outset, blind Freddy could see Aileen (Loose) Cannon has been in Trump's pocket.

Her initial decision to approve Trump's request for a special counsel to supervise the documents case, contrary to DOJ guidelines, and which was later overturned on appeal by the 11th Circuit, suggests preferential treatment.

This assumes, of course, that one understands the significance of 'special' in the term special counsel.

Typically, common criminals do not receive such consideration.

She is making mockery of the principle of 'equal treatment under the law.'

As opposed to the liberal left judge in NYCity who is right now making a mockery of the legal system... right???

The fix was in on this case from the moment that this inexperienced Trump appointed judge was inexplicably put in charge of trying a case so central to the US national security.

"Trying the case" is the central phrase. She is determined to ensure that the case does not come to trial.

If Trump wins in November this case along with all other Federal prosecutions will disappear in the resulting emasculation of the judicial system, States will come under almost irresistible pressure to abandon theirs.

If Trump loses in November then the gloves will come off in an attempt to bully and threaten the judicial system. Either way, the rule of law and democracy in the US faces a huge existential threat. Once  he has the executive branch, the legislative branch and has destroyed the legislative branch, musing about a third term is the least of your worries, you will have a dictatorship, plain and simple. It will be over. Trump or his anointed successors.

Still, it will be vaguely amusing watching assorted political sycophants scavenging through the debris.

Yes... only democrat appointed judges are acceptable... right???

    First.

What is the geographic distribution. If all provinces were fairly considered, 1,320 polled if distributed equally amounts to about 17 persons that would become smaller if then broken down by age groups within a province. For criminalization that affects millions of Thais, the NIDA polling base appears ridiculous.

    Second.

Every statistical sampling (note no mention that such was used in this case) has a standard error.

The standard error of the coefficient is used  to measure the precision of the estimate of the coefficient. The smaller the standard error, the more precise the estimate.

I have never seen a NIDA survey mention the degree of error in its polling results. Thus, it's cited results are not a scientific poll and might reflect a high degree of error.

All that BS you just posted doesn't matter... the results will all be the same withing a couple of percentage points... that's been proven over and over again.

Bit odd wearing one shoe, isn't it?   If the cap fits, wear it, would be a better idea, surely!?

If the shoe fits, wear it’ is often shortened to ‘If the shoe fits…’, leaving the listener to fill in the blank. The expression is the American version of the earlier British phrase ‘If the cap fits, wear it’, which is also still in general use.

Everyday, I see you reading most members comments and replying to different members.

Surely you read the recent article regarding the infant that died after being hit by a car in a housing estate.

One member commented that he was astonished by a confused emoji on a member replying with RIP for the boy.

Are you just being a nuisance with your comment?

Surely you must read the many, many negative comments regarding the confused emoji's.

We have some strange members here mate, lots of weirdos that use their confused emoji's to antagonize, etc.

Actually there are allot of confused individuals on here... don't read into it something more... first of all they do not read or follow the OP... they read the headline and then post... typically when it is a political OP if facts are presented that do not fall into their party platform they post as confused.

Do you think this is All Muslims?

Yes... and to deny it is as ignorant as you seem to think that I am... muslims hate and terrorize... they are the instigators whether it be overtly or covertly... none of them are part of any solution... they either are aggressors or do not say anything because they know that the mullahs will have them killed if they do.

I'm actually boggled that it seems that American justice is dependant on how much money one has. So much for blind justice.

Surely Joe has a few million lying around to help Hunter out. After all, hasn't he been doing OK out of his son's dubious money making schemes?

Joe has never spent any of his own money on anything... he has lived sucking the tit of the American taxpayer his entire life.
