The rabid, vindictive rage of Remainers now borders on the pathological

What we are hearing now is not argument: it is vindictive, inchoate rage which seems to border on the pathological

I don't know. I think you are reading rather too much into my answer. You asked what was K11 was. I told you. As to who established it and what if any part UN or aid agencies staff played in its activities I don't know.

The UN forces were blamed for bringing Aids to Cambodia and infecting hundreds if not thousands of Cambodian females of all ages, mostly young girls.K11 is the ethnic Vietnamese village named Svay pak, Google it.

For what it's worth, I find hair conditioner the best soap for a smooth shave.

    But hey.... That's just me.

It's also great for washing wool that's shrunk when you have washed it in water that was to hot.

When looking at razors one can see that not everything is getting better over time. The only reason these 1/2/3/4/5 blade disposable safety razors were made by the companies is to make money (For the genitals they are ok, but not for the face).

The best razor is the one that our grandpas used already and it looks like this:

    rasierhobel-300x248.jpg

You can get this in cheap made out of plastic in every Big C / Tesco, maybe even 7/11, if you want to try it. If you like it you can go for a better one. I bought mine many years ago in Germany (a Merkur 34C), still as good as new.

Then you can use standard disposable razor blades, the "expensive" ones cost maybe 10THB a piece. (I prefer razor blades from Feather, but there are many other brands, and other people might prefer other brands, so just give different brands a try)

And instead of using the shaving foam out of the bottle you should get a proper shaving brush

    41CFFXA3xIL._SY355_.jpg

This should be made out of badger hair, if it's cheap or expensive is not important, as long is its badger hair. You use this together with shaving soap.

Using these things your shaving experience will be far superior and also much cheaper in the long run.

For more details you can just look it up on Google.

Yeah right ,growing up in the 1950s we all remember the carnage they caused to our dads, grandads, and older brothers.no thanks.

Whilst it's always heart-warming to watch you and grouse congratulate each other on your self-perceived superiority - the insults towards those with a different opinion detracts from the discussion.

Like everyone else, I can't be bothered to discuss posts that rely entirely on insults - as per the above post.

I would get involved with the insulting but I am facing a ban ( well deserved I might add).

The goons in charge are focusing their efforts in all the wrong areas. They are trying to make Thailand a Quaker State. A land of purity. Total BS. Nonsense. Misplaced priorities, and wasted efforts. They should be focusing their efforts on traffic and public safety, easing import tariffs, making visa policy simpler, and more friendly, boosting Western tourism, real crackdowns on slavery, and illegal fishing instead of nonsensical hyperbole, cleaning up the water, the air, the rivers, and the beaches, and other things that actually improve lives.

Little P. Not making Thailand great again. And moving the nation backwards at an astonishing and alarming pace.

Sort out the dogs while they at it please.

If you are an average person of normal height and normal athletic frame the BMI says that the weight range for normal should give the least disease and longest life.   The ranges are often huge!  My normal range runs from 131 lbs to 172 lbs at 5'10" tall.  I agree at 131 lbs I would look like a cancer survivor.   I think I might like the look at 172 and that is where I am headed!

I have seen a number of new BMI tables for older individuals and even ran across one the other day that plotted best of all averages.  It was satisfied with my weight of 192 lbs allowing for some additional pounds based on my age and other conditions.

As discussed so many times.  The BMI does not apply to athletes or weight lifters or the very short or the very tall and those blessed with a good body frame proportion beyond that of the general population.  This means the broad range is acceptable to probably 85% of the population.  Let's face it there are not that many athletes and tall and short people.  And the insurance companies are looking for ways to make minimum payouts on maximum premiums so BMI does indeed mean something regarding disease and death.  It is a good money maker for them as a predictive tool.

And endless research on the metabolic diseases shows that being somewhere in the normal BMI gives you the least likely chance of having high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type II diabetes, etc.   abnormal body fat problems and increased heart disease risk.

And all that said.  The BMI is only one of many factors in determining a best weight for an individual. I also get weight, fat, fat mass, fat free mass, muscle mass and clothing measurements to help in determining if I am making progress.  And there is the old fashioned mirror and photos.  Do you like what you see?

Right now I am wearing medium size underwear for the first time in I don't know when.  I was in XL three years ago and then large and now medium.  My waist went from 40" to 34".

And my reason for continuing my weight loss program is high blood pressure.  I got rid of the pills and worked my numbers back to pre-hypertension with the diet and exercise.  When the blood pressure hits normal with no medication for a few weeks I will weigh again and that might be the most satisfactory weight for myself.  If it is higher than the top of the normal BMI for my height I don't really care!

The blood pressure medication caused gout, edema, severe uncontrollable muscle cramps, a strange cough when I spoke that I was not aware of and could not feel, sun sensitivity and on and on.  I went thru all 6 different types.   Getting my blood pressure under control rather than having the stroke or heart attack might really be my top weight goal.   Oh I did I forget the episodes of breaking shoulder and knee joints.   Not everyone has all of these side effects but it seems to be a family problem I can't find a medical solution too.  So weight loss it is!

I encourage everyone to really think about the full and complete experience.  Don't shy away from the BMI but don't let it be at the very top of your goals in your program. It is not at the top of my goals.

Whenever I checked my bmi it would bring up borderline obese 78KG 166cm,lose weight, danger of diabetes, heart disease etc etc,how bad and irresponsible failure I was as a human. Then I Googled bmi in the real world and got smartbmicalculator that takes into account sex, age, etc now at 75kg (cut out sugar)I am fine well within the green zone for my age 67.check them out.

I do wish you would remember it's the "Torygraph".Ever since the Barclay brothers aquired the Torygraph it's had on its front page print and online an anti EU and euro story, fact or fiction or just their reporters! -correspondents opinion? ,it's nonstop drivel opinion, wishful thinking masquerading as facts.I see the Express group has been aquired by the mirror group, one down two too go.

All I did was make a statement in response to an half answer , not the full story statement from you.

I certainly don't need misplaced, arrogant, advice from you as to how I should present myself or my argument on this forum. Who do you think you are?

    Pot and kettle has arrived.

Yes, "flat bread" of various sorts has been around for ages, first in the middle east.  But most people today associate tomato sauce on pizza as being "pizza".  And that didn't happen until tomatoes were brought back to europe from America.  Regardless.....

I think most americans, at least in this discussion, don't consider chain pizza "real" american pizza.  If you think that's all American pizza is, you've never been to america.

Did you join this topic to contribute or just argue and act arrogant?

I think Naples has the claim to inventing what we call pizza,I think they have an EU designated area thingy on it.Italian immigrants took the tomato to the US and as they invented tomato sauce and then pizza they get the credit,Don't know who to blame for the abominations that masquerade as pizza nowadays,my first pizza was on the streets of Naples 1973 while visiting Pompei the tomato sauce was a revelation to this young chef.tomatoes came from the Americas not America it was an Aztec thing.
