If I've posted in the wrong forum, please move to the correct forum
Hello all,
After extensive searching, a visit to my local immigration office (which offered no help), and reviewing online forums, I still cannot find a definitive answer to my issue.
In 12 months, I will be taking my neighbour's children (aged 11 and 15) to Japan on holiday, with their parents' full consent. However, I need to obtain the proper permission to travel documents, and I can't find any clear guidance on what paperwork is required. I've received a variety of answers, ranging from handwritten notes from the parents to full embassy-signed documents—and in some cases, no documentation at all.
I want to ensure that I have all the correct paperwork in place, as I don't want to be turned away at the immigration counter due to missing or incorrect documentation.
Could someone with relevant experience please help or direct me to an official website that outlines the requirements?
Thank you!
