If I've posted in the wrong forum, please move to the correct forum Hello all, After extensive searching, a visit to my local immigration office (which offered no help), and reviewing online forums, I still cannot find a definitive answer to my issue. In 12 months, I will be taking my neighbour's children (aged 11 and 15) to Japan on holiday, with their parents' full consent. However, I need to obtain the proper permission to travel documents, and I can't find any clear guidance on what paperwork is required. I've received a variety of answers, ranging from handwritten notes from the parents to full embassy-signed documents—and in some cases, no documentation at all. I want to ensure that I have all the correct paperwork in place, as I don't want to be turned away at the immigration counter due to missing or incorrect documentation. Could someone with relevant experience please help or direct me to an official website that outlines the requirements? Thank you!

Never truer words spoken, unfortunately.. In my early 70s been their done that, I admire the men who have made it work. I've never been happier been single. I'll never marry again. Everything is so much easier. (to each his own I guess) If you're doing all the work to make everything work it will never work apart from leading you to and early grave. Cut your losses, you won't regret it. Live your life on your terms, don't stress over it every day. If you need a bit of female company once in a while, well this is Thailand after all.
