Totally agree. I'd never even heard of terps until recently, but it definitely makes a difference. As much nostalgia as there is for pig poop weed, I think the modern advancements in knowledge and growing techniques are a good thing.

If you're curious about the price, you can call them with what you need and they'll give you an estimate. This thread is giving me the heebie jeebies. I also have a scorched earth policy when it comes to bugs of any kind. I'm intrigued by the gecko idea but it sounds like that creates another problem while it solves the first.
