I have a question on behalf of a friend. Last week, his LTR (Wealthy Pensioner) visa was approved. He is currently outside of Thailand and has now received his e-visa online. His current visa in his passport is a Non-O visa. So, when he enters Thailand next time and presents his printed e-visa, will his Non-O visa first be cancelled in his passport by the Immigration, and will he then receive a new stamp for the LTR visa?

Hi Misty, No minimum salary amount is required, I have LTR WP and I work now for my old company as a consultant for 1-2 days a week, I asked them before and they said I could choose the salary by myself and there is no minimum.

@Misty why you need a new LTR Visa application because I thought you have already a LTR visa?

I have a question, if you have an LTR Visa, and you live in your own condo in Thailand, do you have to make TM 30 again every time you leave the country and come back to Thailand or is that not necessary because you stay on the same address?

I have a question, i want to apply for the LTR Visa but for some papers i have to translate, but they write "a notarized translations" but this we don't have in our country we have a certified sworn translator....does anyone know or this is ok?

Is there a minimum wage required for a digital work permit, or other requirements, as i am as a consultant sometimes for a Thai Company so this is not a fulltime job?

so if you have an LTR Visa wealthy pensioner, is it possible to get a digital work permit, to work on a Thai Company, and do the Thai Company need 4 Thai staff for this work permit?

Thanks Pib I will ask the Boi first what they want, I can’t show any Tax paper because I live in Thailand for 15 years and I am Tax Resident in Thailand so I don’t have to pay Tax In the Netherlands over my rental income. I have a Real Estate Management company who take care everything for me so maybe they can provide me the info what the Boi want?

I have a question, i want to apply for the LTRWP (Wealthy Pensioner) i have have enough Rental income so can i show my bank statements to prove this or do they want to see all my rental contracts (about 8 contracts/80 pages) because i am from the Netherlands and when i have to translate all it cost me more then this visa? Or maybe they accept a income declaration from the Consulate if they can make? thanks in advance
